I called Yavapai Fence because you see their work all around the Sedona-Cottonwood-Camp Verde area. Brian, their estimator, was out within a day to give us a quote and discuss material and options. We made minor modification to the layout, and within a few days, we had ordered the fence. Since it was a special order (dark bronze), the factory in Oklahoma quoted a 4-5 week ship time. Within a few days of that estimate delivery date, we received a call from Yavapai indicating the crew would be out the next morning. A three man crew showed up at 8:30 the next day to dig and set posts. The team leader, Ray, had nearly 35 years with Yavapai and an eye for lining up posts that would challenge the best survey instruments. They had all of the posts set in about 6 hours and we began a 2 day wait for the concrete to set up. Allowing a few days for a rain delay, the balance of the fence went up in another day without a hitch. The crew did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and conducted themselves in a totally professional manner at all times. We are very pleased with the quality of the job Yavapai did for us and the price, while a bit higher than we would like to have paid, was very fair based on the labor involved.
