Excellent. It took several technicians a couple of days to complete the work, but they were very professional and even cleaned up after themselves! They repaired the drywall where needed and even offered to re-paint the areas affected. The owner worked very hard to make sure we had what we needed and that it was done right.

Ron arrived a bit late, but immediately detected the problem and showed me the price to replace the fan. He had a replacement fan in the truck and installed it within 45 minutes. He also tested the A/C unit's capacitor and the compressor while he was there. Great job!

My husband called several other companies to get estimates for new equipment. Later that afternoon another companies technician came out and said it was just corroded connections on the compressor. He took sandpaper and cleaned the connections. $105 and my unit is working fine.

From start to finish, all work was done incredibly well and efficient. Dan, one of the installers was very helpful and honest. Our previous heating system was done horribly wrong which Verde Sol Air was very attentive to our concerns and suggestions. Verde Sol Air fixed all of our previous heating issues which was no easy task. They ran a very clean job site and everything was done to our satisfaction. They even replaced our new thermostats when the ones installed were not up to our standards. Our Geothermal system is working wonderful. We went from $700 a month heating bills to $200/month in the dead of winter with -30F temps.

Steve did a great job of diagnosing the problems (wiring in the attic in both cases) and then solving both problems. It's a holiday weekend and we have guests, so it was critical that the AC work here in Arizona. The problems were not obvious, but Steve was tenacious and efficient. He completed the entire job in less than 2 hours. We paid weekend rates, but it was worth every penny.

Service technician actually arrived early (!). Very knowledgable and responsive to our questions and concerns. We will renew our yearly contract when it comes up in the fall.

Technician arrived at time promised. Commenced work and completed all task in a minimum amount of time. Service was courteous and thorough.

The technician, Steve, was on time, efficient, pleasant, and gives the customer confidence that he knows what he is doing.

John Dale has always done excellent work for us. He is very professional, concientious, and courteous. I will use him for future plumbing needs.

The unit quit working. I called Verde Sol Air and they sent one of their repair men out the same day. He did not have the correct part in his truck but did at the shop so he went to the shop and got it installed it and all was good and we could once again sleep in a cool bedroom that same night.

We called and they arrived quickly and repaired the problem. The service call which they told us on the phone would be $123.00 in addition they installed a $15 part in about 20 minutes and charged $205 for a total of $328.00. No company rep would return my phone call to discuss this. The Insurance Broker, service dryers and and cleaners,adjuster, contractor and other plumber found this price to be about 10 times the going rate.

John arrived at the scheduled time. Inspected the job and provided an estimate. After discussing what he was going to do he set to work. He kept me informed of progress during the job. On completion of the job he cleaned up the work area. I was very satisfied with the work.

After the part was received, it was installed without a problem ... much warmer now!

Repairman suggested a safety hazard if problem was addressed, as it was one of several. Not wanting to hear that it was time for a new heater, we appreciated their honesty and a fair price estimate for replacement.

I have used them in the past and I will not use anybody else in the future. They are honest, on time and in my case they made an exception because I was in the hospital. They are expensive but they are worth the payment.

Verde Sol Air Services always does a good job. I have used them for the past few years.

The work itself was satisfactory, but their prices were waaaay "over the top" (which I only discovered after speaking with other HVAC/plumbing companies). Their installer also talked us into a recirculating hot water pump/system for close to$800. Only problem was, they didn't install specific parts at the fixtures to make the system work. To their credit, they seamlesly refunded us & removed that system. To give an idea of their prices, to replace leaking bathroom shower water valves (which required going through a bedroom closet's drywall on the back-side of the the shower), they gave us a quote of just over $800. I found a recommended plumbing company that did it for just under $400. Their organization is very professional & courteous. Only problem is their prices.

.Our AC/Heating unit went out in late October 2011. Verde Sol Air calculated our home size to to determine our cooling and heating needs. They gave us two options of units to pick from to replace our old worn out system with. We picked the highest seer rated one (14 seer rating). Verde Sol Air removed our old unit and replaced it with the new unit in one short afternoon. They were very professional, kind and courteous. They picked up all debris and cleaned all items off the roof area (even swept the roof off) and removed the old unit. I did not have to do anything but enjoy the new working unit once the job was done. It was a pleasure working with the Verde Sol Air crew. Also I found their pricing to be quite competitive for quality products and workmanship.

My heating just didn't work, so I called Verde Sol Air, which seems to be the biggest company servicing my area. I also found that they were the ones who originally put in my hvac system when the house was built 6 years ago (this is when I was first buying the house). The same tech who came out to inspect the system before I bought the house came by. There was an $85 fee to get them out there at all. He wasn't the friendliest guy in the world, but he definitely knew what he was doing and was very informative. We found out that I had a faulty thermostat. Now he definitely had not checked the thermostat when he did the inspections. I was a little vexed, since the original inspection had "passed" and now I had to pay to fix it in my brand new house. However, it was not a big deal and I was fine with doing that. The tech recommended a thermostat which he did not have in his truck at the time. He says that he will call back later that day to reschedule. That evening I looked on the internet to see what kind of cool thermostats there were. I found a newer model than the one he had mentioned. It was a bit more expensive, but if I was gonna pay for a new thermostat, I might as well go all out. He never called, so the next day, I called them to see what was going on. One of the girls at their office tells me that he's coming that afternoon! I told her that I could not do that, since I work and I would have to know in advance to take some time off. It was a good thing I called! I also mentioned the newer thermostat and asked if they thought it would be worth the upgrade. She said she would relay the question to the tech. Over the next 3 days, I never got a call back, so I kept calling to see what was going on. It was extremely cold in the house at night, so I really needed the heat to work. The poor ladies who answer the phone were all very sweet. They kept relaying the information and telling the tech to contact me, but he never did. They made it sound like the tech was mad at me for rescheduling that first day... um... yeah, nobody even told me he was supposed to show up until I called. Or maybe it was because I had looked online to see if there were any other options. Mind you, I was not complaining at all about prices or anything like that. I know it's cheaper to buy just the thermostat myself, and I saw the price online and what he quoted me. Of course the price is higher because it includes work from a professional! I was totally ready to pay what he had quoted me. All I was asking was for his opinion! If he said "no, it's not worth the upgrade," I would've completely gone with that. Another thing was it seems like the techs kind of make up their own prices. I did not feel what he quoted me was unfair, but he made it sound like he was giving me like 50% off and really helping me out. I've been a business man, so I know all the games. As long as the final price is fair, I have no problems. Anyway, it seemed a little shady. However, not communicating with me at all? This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable in my opinion. I called them for 3 or 4 days and they never once called me back, though they promised to each time.

They are very professional & courteous. They always followed-up, they always arrived on time, and they did a good job with their installation work. BUT THOSE PRICES!!! The only reason I probably will not use them again, is they are almost DOUBLE what everyone else is. JUST to install the water valves and "clean out", they had to cut a 3' X 4' section of drywall behind the wash machine. All that work (and they didn't repair the drywall) cost me just over $800!!! Now you tell me...
