Description of Work: Removed existing curved concrete tile and old flashing around all roof penetrations (about 8). Laid down new Malarky UD140 underlayment over entire roof. Replaced existing good roof tiles and added new ones to replace all broken or cracked tiles (about 300). Replaced several wood facia boards that had rotted. Cleaned up and removed all trash. Keefer did an excellent job.

Description of Work: We had a leak through a light in kitchen. Leak was from roof. The evaporate cooling system was overflowing. They fixed the evap system and the roof. |They did a good job and in a very timely manner.
