Description of Work: Requested an estimate from an arborist to shape and limb two large willows and remove approximately 22 small trees and shrubs from our newly acquired older property. The estimate was made and the first part of the work was done in a timely manner. However, the estimator neglected to inform us that this was a two step process and that the stump grinding would be done by a separate crew at another time. The date for the stump grinding was set and changed three times. When we called to inquire about the stump grinding we (after the invoice had been received) we were told it had been completed. When we check the property we found this work had not been done. We noticed that the invoice had an incorrect address for the site. Apparently, some work had been done at another property for another client. After several calls and promises, finally the work was completed. Since we were still living in a different town and having the newly acquired older property renovated, this delay and lack of communication within the company cause he to delay important landscape and irrigation work and put several plants in jeapordy. While the work itself appears to have been done properly, the lack of communication between the estimator, the administration and the field personnel was a source of much frustation for us and our other contractors. We will not use this company again.
