I called them for an appointment and was told that the service call was a minimum $95, which would apply to the cost of the repair. When the tech arrived and looked at the unit, he produced a quote for $500 for a "DC wiring repair" or over $1200 to fix the DC wiring and replace a capacitor as a precautionary measure. I believed the lower estimate to be two to three times reasonable, and the higher estimate to be highway robbery as I had previously priced the capacitor at $60. I sent the tech packing, content to pay the $95 for the service call and look elsewhere. When I went to look over the problem once more, I discovered that the thermostat had become disconnected from the heater (4 wires!). Goettls wanted $500 to re-connect a thermostat, and over $500 more for a $60 capacitor which they "recommend" but I clearly don't need. After 5 minutes of work, the thermostat works and the heater is back in service.

So glad I finally decided on Goettl to complete this project. The crew was competent ,friendly, and answered all my questions as the work progressed.

He replaced a part and stuck around to make sure it was working the way it should.

First time out, tech spent about a half hour testing and checking. Determine it needed a control circuit board replaced. Would've been super if they had the board in stock, but alas, it had to be ordered. Board came in a week later, we scheduled for the following day, badda bing, bada boom, Bob's your uncle. Furnace is functioning like a champ.

The unit was installed and one week later they sent a Quality Assurance representative out to check the installation. He reported that everything looked good. BUT, I have now had the unit for four months and have had to call Goettl out five times because the unit wasn't working.

Installation was performed in a very competent and professional manner.

They came out once and repaired it, but it wasn't complete. They earned my trust by returning soon, spending a great deal of time, fixing it completely and not charging extra.

The compressor is working very good. It is now running considerably quieter and more efficiently than before Justin showed up. We are pleased with the service.

Could not believe how professional and excellent these installers were. From sales, project manager, and the installation technicians, they all had excellent knowledge of their products and installation expertise. I've been in construction my entire life. Wish I had known about this company decades ago. Cannot say enough about them. When you want the best, give this company a call.

They put in a geothermal system for us. It was not good at all. They should have not lied. They lied about rebates and deadlines.

They arrived on tiime. Accepted my 5% coupon for all but the $80 service call. Added some majic leak stop I'm skeptical about.

Recently we were lucky enough to come in contact with Goettls High Desert Mechanical (actually through a local mailer). We called them out for an HVAC duct test for our home which is about 14 years old. Dustin Goettl was the technician who arrived for the test. In addition to being on-time he was very friendly, courteous and professional, completing the test efficiently and then taking the time to explain the findings. A week later, he again arrived (on-time) with a helper and completed the process to seal the leakage in our ductworks. They completed the process in less time than forewarned, reassembled all the equipment and cleaned-up after themselves - a very professional service call! The best part is - our home is much warmer now. I am anxious to see our next APS bill and determine what the savings might be! From the start it was a text book approach: get the data, run the data, check the results, propose alternatives! Once I chose the option I was comfortable with, the job was quickly scheduled and the crew showed up on time! A very professional crew worked as a team to get the job done quickly. When a couple of problems came up, they handled them quickly and did not delay getting the job done. In fact, they worked late in the day to get everything done that needed to be done for the final checks the next morning. The paper work was done and explained to me, ready to send to APS for my rebate checks! Great job; great folks; very professional!

Definitely the best HVAC company we've ever used. They went well beyond what was expected by giving us suggestions on how to re-build our return air chase, adding more registers to reduce pressure and helping me balance my air flow. They were very honest and knowledgeable about the Aeroseal process. We had a dramatic increase in airflow both upstairs and down stairs. Now our home is the same temperature throughout the house. I strongly recommend them to anyone considering the Aeroseal treatment to seal their duct work. I will definitely use them again in the future.
