Description of Work: We bought an older house and really wanted the ducts cleaned before our furniture arrived. I called Gesundheit (Manfred) and he was able to fit me in his schedule. He gave me a fair quote and his two employees arrived as planed. While doing the cleaning they noticed two ducks in the living rooom not even hooked up. One of the employees (I'm sorry I can't rememember his name) crawled into my attic and determined that the tubing was not hooked up. He made a special trip to buy supplies and crawled back up and reconnected the vents--all for a very fair price. Both employees were very professional and did a superior job. I will definately use them again!

+ 1 moreWe were really pleased with him. We had gotten a new washer and dryer and they said that our dryer vent appeared to be blocked but they couldn't come out for over a week. It was taking over 2 hours to dry clothes. We called them and they said they could come out the same day. They did a fast and good job. The owner is Manfred Steivli. He is a certified indoor environmentalist. They came on a Saturday to do the work. His price was lower than another company. At first his price was higher but then he lowered the price when we told him we had found a lower price. We were willing to pay just about anything to get it taken care of.
Description of Work: We used Gesundheit Air Quality Services to clean our dryer vents. They had to go up on the roof. It included air duct cleaning and chimney cleaning.

+ -1 moreWe just purchased a home (built in 1979) that was in serious need of air duct cleaning. I contacted a couple of companies to find out more about the services. I was immediatley impressed with Gesundheit Air Quality Services as Manfred explained the whole process and appeared much more knowledgeable than the other company I contacted. (Even better was that his prices were lower!) When they arrived they carefully placed clean drop cloths under each vent to ensure that my house wouldn't get dirty in the process. They were very respectful of my house and left it just the way they found it (minus all that gunk in the duct work!). I would definitely call them again.
Description of Work: Furnace cleaning, air duct cleaning, and sanitizer/deodorizer treatment. I also purchased a new (reusable) filter.
