We have five very large pecan tress that were in desperate need of trimming and a mulberry tree that needed removing. Bob's Tree customer service was phenomenal. Immediate response after calling & apt scheduled right away for an estimate. Estimate given was a little higher that what I expected, having no clue what tree trimming was worth, but we went ahead with it, knowing Bob's Tree has been in business for years and has a great reputation. We were thrilled with the job they did and the amount of time it took. They left the yard even better than it was before they came, cleaning up every bit of wood that fell from the trimming and a great deal of pecans as well. After watching how hard they worked and the excellent way they cleared the trees and left the property upon completion, I was glad to write the check for them and glad that we were able to support a local business. Bob's Tree may not be the 'cheapest' pricing out there, but you definitely get what you pay for with them - excellence.

Extremely well. They brought the tree down without a crane or bucket. They were amazing workers. We were given an estimate and then a contract. Work was completed on time and the wood stacked neatly. We were very impressed.

We were out of town when the work was performed but were pleased with the service and end result of the removal of the tree.

They were very professional and I've actually worked with them twice because they did a good job. They do what they say they're going to do and they clean up after them afterwards, they don't leave a mess.

We did business with them over the phone only. They called us back immediately after leaving a message. We explained over the phone what we needed and they knew exactly what to do. When we visited the lot later, we were very impressed with the excellent job they did. They hauled away all the debris they collected also. They completed the entire job in about 6 hours. The neighbors are very pleased with the results also.

Robert, the estimator came and we discussed work to be done. He made suggestions on where to cut branches and scheduled the work to be done at my convenience. He was very personable and professional. I'd asked to have an early appointment on 2-13-14. He scheduled the work between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. At 7:15 a.m. the workmen were in my driveway and ready to start. They began at 7:45 a.m. and work was completed by 9:30 a.m. These men were very professional and left my yard nicer than before the work had begun. I'd call this company again.

This was a 3 day project. They arrived promptly all 3 days and completed the job in the estimated time. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful in the design of the project. Everyone involved was very professional and I have recommended them to friends.

Well, initially, there was an attempt to use inferior material for the landscaping. Had not my wife caught them, we would have paid for the more expensive and received poorer quality. The rocks for the river run were certainly not what we anticipated--much larger and lower quality than we expected. They looked like rocks that were discards. If we had to do over, we would certainly have done something different. We will definitely NOT use Bob's again.

They have really good organization. They have been in business for 20 or 30 years, most importantly each one of the people who gave me a bid, we met at the house and went through the plans. He obviously really knew his stuff and gave us a number of references of other people to talk to and see the job that he has done there. Also, he was very good about staying within budget and coming up with different options and not what he's trying to sell you at was very helpful. He met me a couple more times once we ended up thinking that he going to be the guy, taking time out on the weekend to come up and go through things. We are obviously licensed and ensured and all the other basic stuff. We are really pleased, he has not started working yet but so far we've got a really good feeling from him as a contractor. We got a quote from him the next day after we met with him. He is responsive, well documented, professional and quick to respond to questions.

Three tree trimmers from Bob's Tree Servce arrived on-time to remove several large dead limbs from tree. One trimmer climbed up to top of tree with chain saw in tow and ropes and began cutting out large limbs and hauling the limbs down by ropes to the crew on the ground. The "tree man" was excellent in not allowing any damage to occur to a structure/roof directly under the tree as well as the surrounding plants below. The skill the tree man employed was excellent and quite amazing to watch. No damage from cutting the limbs nor during the clean-up process. The ground crew removed all the branches/limbs/leaves from the ground and left the work site in better shape than when they arrived. I am rather particular with my grounds being kept clean and I had no complaints when the crew finished. The complete removal of the second tree was excellent even to grinding down the stump. Very skilled trimmers and ground crew. Highly recommended company and crew.

Robert from Bob's Tree Service came out to give us an estimate for fire protection tree removal. He actually advised us to trim some trees near the house rather than remove them, thus saving us money. He also advised us on tree care and maintenance. He was both personable and knowledgeable. His crew was equally professional and thorough in their work and cleaned up completely after they were finished trimming. We will have them come back in the late fall to do some more extensive pruning of several trees.

I thought they were pretty reasonable. I did compare prices of those guys. I did shop prices on those guys. They were local. They responded in a timely manner.

Very fast - 2 days - and a day of follow-up

I liked that they didn't have me pay for the job until it was fully completed and thought they were very trustworthy.

The rep for this company (Will) was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The workers who did the worked were all hard working and also friendly. They did a great job and my husband and i were very pleased. We plan on doing our backyard in the spring and we will definitely use this company.

They pruned a very old and beautiful juniper tree to prevent damage from the heavy snow. The tree had already lost its several limbs this winter. They did a beautiful job.
