Pitzer's Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is the premier on-time residential plumbing company Serving Mohave, LaPaz, Yavapai & Coconino counties. We offer a variety of appointment 'windows' designed to fit both your budget and schedule. All of our plumbers go through a thorough background check, are drug tested on hire and randomly throughout the year. All team members are in uniform and easily identifiable. Services we offer

At Benjamin Franklin Plumbing we only do 3 things and we do them very well. First, we offer repair services on residential plumbing systems. Second, we perform maintenance on residential plumbing systems to prolong their life and prevent breakdowns. Third, replace plumbing systems and their components when they wear out and/or reach the end of their useful life. Our Big Blue Trucks are fully stocked to handle over 90% of emergencies the same day.

The company sent a fellow out because I signed up for the yearly check up . He went thru the house checking things like the top of my stove where the gas comes out told me he was a master plumber and a gas specialist (he was only here to drain the water heater and check plumbing ) when he was Finished he told me my water heater was not legal and would need to be replaced and quoted me a price of 2200 hundred dollars. Well I did not do that spoke to people at home depot they thought the guy was crazy so Benjamin plumbing lost my business and I will use home depot or someone else

In our opinion, not well. We needed a new garbage disposal put in. After the technician came out and observed the problem the price quoted was way beyond what we felt was necessary. He wanted to add in so many other things connected with the job plus hit us up for an insurance policy. All totaled the disposal would have cost $500.00. We can not afford that.
Description of Work: Charged $ 69.00 for the house call.

We are satisfied with them. Ever since we started using them, their workers have been polite and do a good job.
Description of Work: We have annual contract with them to drain the water heater and check the functioning of our two toilets. They also recently changed the faucets and the disposal unit in the kitchen.

They were crazily expensive. They charged me $350 for an hour and half worth of work. They also recently did a check-up, and a few days after that, I found that the water heater was leaking. I haven’t been able to get it to stop.
Description of Work: Last fall, they fixed a pipe going into hot water heater.

(removed member name), I just checked the notes on your home and see that we did come out and replace some pipes on top of your water heater. Yes, you did pay $372.43 but that price not only included the repair, but also an annual maintenance agreement. So, really our prices are not that "crazy" We have researched what other plumbing companies charge in the area and have found that we are not that much different than others. Regarding your current situation where you cannot get your water heater to stop leaking, I have forwarded your information to our dispatcher and asked her to contact you to schedule us out (at no charge) to see what the problem is. I called them and they came out in the same day. My refrigerator was leaking and they were quick to respond, they found the problem immediately, and they did not try to rip me off with the price.
Description of Work: They had to refit the entire plumbing outside and we did not even know we had an issue until we purchased a new refrigerator.

This was our first service from them. We found that the cost was reasonable. We also found that they installed top of the line products. The gentleman that did the work was very well qualified.
Description of Work: They installed a new garbage disposal unit in the kitchen. They replaced leaking faucets in our kitchen as well. They also drained our water heater and checked each toilet and they said that was included in their service.
