I was very impressed by how knowledgeable the young man was. It was also quick. He came out and did what he could while he was here. He found out that he had to take the hard drive and came back after ordering the replacement hard drive. He was going to bring it back a certain day, so they just moved it to the following day. They accommodated me the whole time and delivered the hard drive themselves. They even called frontier and handled the entire backup and everything. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional young man to help me, and the price was competitive.
Description of Work: They came to fix my computer after an electrical storm. N*** link came out and did some work on my laptop. It was found out that they had to take my hard drive and repair it. They went above and beyond what they had to do. They took my hard drive and brought it back. I didn’t have to lift a finger.
