BOB'S (EAST) COMPUTERS

Description of Work: Called numerous computer repair shops about "Blue Screen of Death". They all said I had to format and reinstall operating system; thus losing everything on my hard drive. John asked what new hardware or software was added recently. I told him a video card. He removed and boot up the computer and it worked. He reinstalled the video card and in a differant port and it worked. He installed the drivers and everything was great. NO LOST DATA YEA!! Very knowledgeable individual. Wish I found him and Bob's Computers sooner. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Description of Work: This repair shop is great. They kept the price in the area I felt comfortable with. They got my computer up and running in 4 hours when another place had it for 5 weeks and still couldn't get the "BUGS" out. They also have great prices for replacement parts. John is very knowlegable and explains it in easy terms as to not confuse or belittle us of the "OLDER GENERATION". Hal is a fountain of knowledge too. Would highly recommend this COMPUTER REPAIR/SALES Shop to anyone without hesitation.
