Mike Sandvall came to my house on 02/23/2017. I schedule the appointment for 1:00 o'clock. Mike call and told me he could come early. Once, he arrived at my house he told me what the problem was and completed the job in a very professional manner.

He did a good job with capping the leak but we have to find someone to reroute the irrigation line, so we need to still finish the job. But, overall, he did a great job! I will say, we wanted to see the source of the leak, which was under the house (where it hooked up to the water main). He ended up cutting the irrigation line in the process, which proceeded to cut off the irrigation to the entire property. So, the problem is still there, but in the meantime its been patched. Also, I did think the pricing was a little high, but I have nothing to compare it to.

I know it sounds easy, but this was a very old shower - from the 50s. This means nothing was standard size and everything needs adjustments to work. Mike kept with it and got everything in good working order.

Mike patiently listened and accommodated our needs. The service was quickly and efficiently completed to our satisfaction. He did not require that my sister pay for the service at the time of completion, but allowed me to send payment to him. Interaction with Mike was pleasant and simple. We'll definitely contact Acme Leak Detection the next time we need a great plumber.

Great. Mike was responsive to all my questions and even came out a second time to go over his estimate again after I reviewed competing offers. We devised a plan and he worked with me to get the price down to where I was comfortable. Work was completed early and for less money! Can't ask for better service!

Yeah, those were good guys from Acme Leak Detection Inc. He was very straightforward and friendly. He knew what he was doing. He was able work with me on my insurance. Yes, I would use this provider again in the future.

Perfect is less than enough in describing the service provided by Acme's plumbing services. Overall great experience, he knows his work and provides a smooth well explained detail of the job with clear details of what needs to be done to make the customer at ease while he finishes the job. Mike was one of the hardest workers I've ever met. He would not quit until he found the cause of the leak in my back yard and repaired it properly. He came back a few times and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Super professional, trustworthy and very reasonably priced. Also has a warranty on his work! I'll be calling him again for any future plumbing or gas problems with confidence. Thanks again Mike!

He did an excellent job. He came out to work on a Sunday in a 100 plus degree heat. The job was more difficult than he anticipated (due to the condition of the platform the heaters were sitting on) so he spent almost the entire day working, but never adjusted his original price estimate. He's a hard worker, who is honest and goes out of his way to be fair. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. We will call him again, any time we have plumbing-related work that needs to be done.

This was the case. We have an expensive oak parquet floor that had just been refinished over a raised cement entryway slab that runs the length of the room, in addition to porcelain flooring in that room. We elected the option not to destroy all of that and instead they sealed off the leaking pipe and rerouted the pipes from the water heater to the kitchen. This required a lot of work and they both worked hard to get the job done for two days. It involved cutting out panels of drywall in our bathroom, family room and living room walls and ceiling, which they did neatly so that the patches would be neat. They were careful and kept destruction to a minimum. Both Mike and his associate were very capable and nice guys and they did excellent work. Part of this emergency scenario requires interfacing with the insurance company. Mike was professional in dealing with the adjuster and there was no problem with him providing the proper paperwork. We felt at all times that Mike was honest and fair with us and that he took pride in doing the job right and charging us a fair price. That is why he gets great reviews and is constantly busy. I would call him again without hesitation and recommend him for any plumbing work you need.

He was on time and did a great job. The responsiveness was really good and they were right on time. They were very professional. I did notice after that that my sink was leaking and my garbage disposal didn't work. I got a new garbage disposal and installed it myself, It hasn't leaked ever since.

Excellent, fast, quality service. Plumber also arrived 15 mins early (yea !!!!) which really made my day.

I called Mike Sandvall, owner of Acme Leak Detection, Inc. on Thursday, 7/23/2015 to schedule the service call, and he arrived, promptly at 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning, 7/25. (He didn't charge me extra for a weekend call.) He worked efficiently -- moved from one assignment to the other without wasting time; he was thorough, making sure each job was completed and met with my satisfaction. He cleaned up each area where he had worked so that there was nothing more I had to do to make each room (kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry room, and garage) presentable after he left. Mike was also courteous and polite during the entire visit.

Mike is an excellent plumber. Very experienced, great attention to detail, easy to work with and price competitive. Both jobs were completed in a timely manner. We were completely satisfied.

Inspected as requested for leaks under an inland sink. None were found but he did find a leak from a water line for the fridge that was not hooked up yet. The shut off was not closing properly. He hooked it up for the new tenant and would not accept anything for it!! I will be using them again!!

Mike came on the dot and promptly worked on the issues we discussed with him and more. He gave sound advice and did not hesitate to tell us in a matter-of-fact attitude how the previous owners of the home we just bought neglected the current plumbing issues. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family and his number is now in our speed dial!

Although we were not able to replicate the cause of the leak, Mike performed spot on mortar work to stabilize the tub within the enclosure. Mike is highly recommended. He is fair, professional, and exhibits sound and effective trouble-shooting skills.

the Process was relatively smooth a combination of electronics and technical knowledge. the electronic equipment put him within 6 inches of this pinhole . He saw cut the stucco ( it'll get dusty) to reveal the leak.He then cut a 4 inch section of pipe and replace it with a new pipe. he retested the pipe. and did not find any other leaks .

GOOD PROFESSIONAL SERVICE, FOUND LEAK QUICK

Called Mike at 6AM Sunday morning. He arrived within 30 min, He found the leak, dug it out, replaced the broken PVC that was broke due to tree roots. He cut all the roots, repiped the connections with better cleaner angles.

Contractor cut out two sections of stucco, and a section of drywall inside my garage, to locate a leaking pipe at the foundation of my house. Once the leak was located, contractor rerouted a 3/4" copper pipe to repair the leak.

They knew what they were doing, knowledgeable, seemed fair and upfront, and provided different options to resolve the issue.

Mike was awesome! Gave us a great neighbor price and military discount. When I came out in the morning and found my water leaking from the garage he was there to help replace assess damage and even lent us his blower fan to dry out our garage for a few days. I thought for sure it would be an ordeal but he removed , replaced and cleaned up everything before dinner. Excellent service , happy to have this man as a neighbor. He went above and beyond to take care of us. Highly recommend.
