R&R FLOORING

Ryan Roark came to our house and assessed the damage to our floors from a broken hose. He was timely and very professional. He explained what the damage probably was and how much it would cost, giving us estimates with and without the demo of the old floor, because my husband thinks he can do that. We had a lot of extra laminate flooring that was left behind by the previous homeowners, and we hoped there would be enough to repair the damage at least temporarily, until we're ready to do the whole house. Ryan gave us several options that we will need to think about, but I'm not sure we're able to swing the cost right now. Ryan did not try to hard sell me at all; just gave me the options. I appreciated that.

It was painless I moved a bunch of my stuff into my garage and they covered it for me. They had to remove some old tile in my kitchen but it was done in no time flat. I went to the store and came back expecting to see a disaster zone but they had all of the tile out and the floor was nice and flat and clean. They actually had all the carpet torn out and the baseboards removed as well all before lunch on the first day. They asked for two weeks to install all the hardwood and the tile in my master bath, but overall they were done in 9 days. It worked out perfectly for me because I requested time off of work and still had ample time to get resituated. I recommend them to everyone

First they showed up on time to our scheduled appointment to bid the job. They were able to provide sample materials to assist with making my decision on the type of flooring that I wanted and seemed very knowledgeable regarding the products they had to offer. Overall they did an excellent job and the other two quotes I received were for $2,500 more. I was a bit skeptical with the price being so much less than the other quotes I received. But, my instincts told me that they were honest and would take care of me. They also knocked $600 off of the final price due to a move-in promotion that they were doing.
