Jay and Kaylan are AMAZING! They are literally the best pool builder in Arizona!

If you are even considering hiring this company don't, for starters they will lie to you consistently over and over. I have had to file with BBB and the ROC(ROC said to reach back after completion)! We signed a contract last august 2021 with a completion date to be approx. April 2022. It is currently July 2022 and I still just have a big hole in my back yard with a partial cave in. There has been an issue at every phase of the entire process, they have caused unnecessary damage to my yard multiple times and they never communicate unless you constantly get after them. Kaylan the part owner will lie to you over and over and contradict her own words regularly. Zero communication, at this point we can't even get an answer or estimate on when our pool will be complete, I've had 3 neighbors start a pool in the last 2-3 months that are almost complete and we still haven't had shot Crete even though our pool was dug last October. I've been given a different excuse several times from lack of employees to shot Crete being unavailable nationally even though I've watched neighbors pools be shot well after we signed up. Every time it's a different excuse, there is no shot Crete, those pools that were done were smaller companies it's easier for them the list goes on. Kaylan even told us pavers were not available yet we had just had our entire front yard done and again it was well they are just a small company. They have sales guys quitting because of how bad they are doing and how poor their communication is, they hired a super intendant who quit within a week. They continue signing up large amount of customers without being forthcoming. It was brought to our attention 9 months after we signed that they were already 4-6 months behind when they signed us up but withheld that information to get our business. I've had a shot Crete date scheduled ever month since February and it just keeps getting pushed out and when I complain about not getting shot Crete they actually tell me what do you mean you already have a shot Crete date, are kidding me. Our sales guy quit after being there about a year and a half and said he still had not seen one of his customers projects completed or any of his pools with water. Hire them at your own risk, this is only a small portion of the problems with this company as I would have to write pages to get it all on here, I promise if you hire them you will regret it. If zero stars was an option I would have chose it, its very unfortunate that this was a 75k mistake we are currently getting consults from lawyers as of this post. Also they will leave a huge mess and all their trash and any demo every time they come out. Kaylan promised a cleaning crew multiple times and as usual no one ever showed up. Trash and debris everywhere, their contractors will also park in front of your home with poor vehicles and leave giant oil leaks everywhere. Additionally all of our plumbing is extremely Sun damaged and appears to be compromised.

It has been 7 months since I signed a contract with this company. I was told the job would be competed within 9 months. They are not even halfway done at this point and I cannot get an answer from anyone on when work will continue or when it will be completed. At each phase workers have shown up unannounced at my home to work. The communication is absolutely horrible. Hard to say the quality of work so far since so little has actually been done, but I can say that the plumbing was subpar when installed and I had to complain for weeks before anyone would agree to come look at it and fix it. Pretty sad that someone not in the business can notice how off the plumbing was but the guys they hired to do the work felt it was acceptable. No clue when my pool will be completed at this point but I can say I regret every minute of signing a contract with this company. I would highly suggest going with a different company to build your pool. Services: Inground pool installa UPDATED AS OF 05/28/2022: Update since my last review and things have not changed. I am now 9 months into this project. This was supposed to be the month that my pool was finished and I still don’t even have concrete. Come to find out no work is being done because they don’t pay their employees or subcontractor. Stay away from this company!

They started good, once we were telling them the things we were not happy with, things changed, we felt she was bulling us, they promised things that did not happen, she kept on arguing when my husband will ask for a date when they will fix the wrongs, she told her husband we offended her, he threatened us with the police. This is not what a profesional company will do with clients! They keep on lying, even on front of ROC inspector she stated that she had taken a test from our water ( without giving us notice or asking for our authorization) since is our pool, in our property! ) she said the pool chemicals are not good and the pool was not safe to swim, only to blame us of not taking care of our pool, next day I had a Pool profesional come over and test the water in front of me, water was good.
