I hired MaxCharged to install an electric vehicle charger. They were very fast and easy to schedule with. Their estimate process was honest and direct. I needed a permit and they didnâ t hide from that. TWO other companies brushed off the need for a permit. I confirmed with my homeowners insurance provider and my policy would have been void without the permit! After we scheduled, the township messed up the permit and the team at MaxCharged worked with the township to fix it that day. I spoke with over fifteen local providers for my Tesla installation. MaxCharged impressed from the first interaction and after going through my due diligence process, they were the only company that showed me the exact code chapter and table used to prove my setup was compliant and safe. I knew this work had to be permitted and there were so many providers that totally neglected this crucial step! They secured the permit with no issues. When they came to complete the work, they were right on time, worked quickly, and cleanly. I really couldnâ t recommend them more highly after my interaction.

My job was a little complicated since my garage is on the opposite side of the fuse box. They took the challenge and did a great job. They were very thorough and explained the job so well that it was a no-brainer I went with them! They were installing a EV charger for us and told us of the benefit of having a permit pulled where many other companies said it was not necessary. Even though itâ s not requiredâ ¦ I appreciated there Recommendation and explanation and I of course, had them pull the permit. They arrived on time, cleaned up their area and communicated excellent! I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again for any of my electrical needs!

MaxCharged LLC and their team did excellent work with installing our Level 2 dual EV Charger for the home. Greg explained the process of everything very well, including the importance of getting a work permit for the EV Charger installation. Nick came out to survey everything and provided us with an estimate that was very reasonable. Once the work permit was granted, Nick came out the next day and installed our EV Charger. He also left the permit and electric data documentation to keep at the house. When the inspector came, they were very impressed with the work and the documentation. MaxCharged also followed-up promptly to make sure everything worked and the experience. I highly recommend MaxCharged for any of your electric needs, especially for the installation of EV Chargers for the home!

Nick came to the house and explained exactly what I needed. I got sladvice as to which charger I should buy to get the electric company rebate. Nick ordered the permit and then can't and installed it quickly, answered all my questions and kept a clean and safe workspace. They also scheduled the city inspector who came 2 days later. I definitely recommend these guys.

I lucked into working with MaxCharged by a Google search when I needed a Tesla Home Charger for my new vehicle. The office employee was friendly and helpful and promptly arranged for me to talk with a technician about a quote for my job. Unknown to me, my city requires a permit to add what I thought was just another 220V outlet to power the charger. Nick, the technician I dealt with, explained the requirements (I was hesitant at first - permits cost money!) and patiently referred me to my city's codes, the safety aspects of the load review, and explained the process. Also, we discussed direct wiring the charger into my breaker box with a dedicated breaker, which was cost effective and electrically desirable. Safety and compliance are paramount in my business life and personal outlook, so I am glad Nick was so knowledgeable and MaxCharged was so attentive to these principles. Installation was done perfectly and faster than expected. I recommend MaxCharged to anyone for electrical work.

MaxCharged installed my EV home charger yesterday, and they did a great job. They took care of the city permitting, kept me informed of the work schedule, did a great installation (including matching wall texture for the drywall patches). Excellent communication, very knowledgeable, and totally professional.

I submitted an online request for an EV charger install. Greg from MaxCharged called almost immediately and spent 30 minutes on the phone going over my options and explaining the process. He sent Nick and Michael out the same afternoon to quote my project. After receiving a couple of other quotes, I decided to go with MaxCharged. Working with Nick on scheduling was easier than any contractor I've ever used. He provided some suggestions on chargers that would work best for my install. Once I received the charger, I let him know I was ready to proceed. They wanted to make sure I had a charger installed by the time my vehicle arrives on May 31st. Despite their busy schedule during normal hours they offered to come to install it on a Sunday during Memorial Day weekend, which was above and beyond my expectations. They definitely didn't need to do that, but that is what I would call excellent customer service. I'd definitely recommend them and will use them again!
