handyman service, ceiling fans
 + 0 moreThey did a good job installing the ceiling fans, but they did leave the trash behind. When they installed the thermostat for the air conditioning they mis-wired it and it ended up running continually, frosting the pipes. I tried to get them to come out to fix it, but they wouldn't return my calls so I had to use someone else. I was very disappointed with their service and will not use them again.
Description of Work: Jim's did a couple projects for me. They installed 2 ceiling fans and some thermostats for my air conditioning.

 + -1 moreWe were very frustrated and disappointed in his inability to figure out what to do, even with the instruction book available.
Description of Work: We have a reverse osmosis that we need hooked up, for which the plumbing was already installed during construction of the house. Being unable to hook it up ourselves, we asked for his services. However, he did not seem to know what he was doing when he got here. My husband, who although is unable to physically hook it up now, has installed many and tried to explain what needed to be done but the guy wouldn't listen at all. He kept claiming to have to hook it up another way, and that he needed another part. So finally, he left to go purchase this part he didn't need, and simply never returned.
