Chairez Garden & Maintenance

My husband and I recently bought a house in Litchfield Park, Az. It had a lot of shrubbery that had been neglected and needed to be taken care of. I'm guessing there were at least 50 plants. I saw Pedro doing a neighbors yard and asked him to come over and give me an estimate. When we thought the estimate was fair, we asked when he would be able to perform the service. We spoke to him on Friday afternoon and he said he could come early on Monday morning, as it would probably take about 3 hours to do the yard the right way and also be sure to do a good job cleaning up. Pedro and a helper were here at 7:15 am and started right to work. They finished up around 10am, when he knocked on the door to have me go out and inspect what they had done and to see if it was to my satisfaction. They did a beautiful job and the yard looked brand new. They trimmed and shaped all the shrubbery, sprayed all the weeds and did a great job cleaning up when done. I know others perform the same service, but I was taken aback with how they had pride in what they did. Not just come in, whack the bushes down and leave. We have now contracted for them to come back once a month for maintenance. Of course the price for monthly maintenance is cheaper now that they have the yard under control.
