Explained the system, resolved any issues that arose, answered my calls and or text messages. Very professional, no visible repairs needed as they did them as needed to run wiring to cameras. Quality of work was excellent.. Friendly and helpful. You couldn't ask for a better company to business with. They are about Customer Service.

I was having problems with my cameras. He came out and was very helpful and found that my router was bad and I should call him back when it was replaced. I offered to pay him for his time but he refused and told me, we will see when it is all done. I have called him to help me with an app for the camera viewing and gave the model number of my dvr(which is working now) and he said he would get back to me. After some time Robert got back to me and gave me the information I needed to set up my remote viewing for my cameras. He wanted nothing for his time, and for all that he had done for me. This is what I call a great person to deal with and I will certainly call him in the future as the need arises.

Great experience. He went out of his way to do the job the way I preferred it. He installed outside cameras and a ring doorbell. Also wired and installed a bedroom TV. We have a trilevel and they had to crawl through the attic to do the wiring properly. He also fixed my internet that cox was not able to do the past year. So much extra service and quality work.

Was having trouble with the alarm system and wanted it disconnected. Went online early in the morning with Home Advisor and picked out two names and asked for an estimate and he called about 15 mins later and by 7:30 AM the alarm was disconnected. So was impressed that someone would respond that quickly.

I am thrilled with my nanny cam's and speaker system. These guys are true professionals. They went the extra mile and even extended the network cables in the attic so my nanny system would be more conveniently/securely located in our bedroom closet. I would hire them again in a second.

They are everything you want a contractor to be. Victor did the work for me, installing four outdoor surveillance cameras. He would not take the easy way by having the wiring run outside my house. He insisted it all go through my attic (not an easy job on a 40 year old house with slump block walls). He stuck to the estimate I was given and would not leave until my system was set up and programmed to my phone. Robert and Victor have an excellent, truly professional company.
