Up to and beyond my expectations.

I cannot begin to say enough good things about Loretta. I find her to be incredibly accommodating and will do what ever she needs to ensure that one is satisfied. She came back two days in a row to ensure our home was in order after a hard move. She is a god send.

She is incredible! In all of the years and in all of the places around the world none of the helpers we have had came close to Loretta for working hard and getting EVERYTHING spotless.

I'm not good on details so I'll just say it went well. Very nice lady.

I have been using her for years. I have never had one complaint about any of her work. She always goes above and beyond to help.

She was here for almost 8 hours and we paid $100. She comes whenever we need her. She was cheaper than what we paid her. We will continue to use her.

She has been working for me forever and at least for the last 10 years. I used to pay her every time she came over. I now give her a monthly fee to come once a week. What I pay her hasn't changed in eight years. She is probably one of the most thorough and detail oriented people that I have known and I have ever met. She also works even better when you don't give her directions than when you give her directions. She does extraordinary things and you don't have to ask her. If she needs cleaning supplies or something like that, she will ask sometimes. Other times, she will just go ahead and get them. She usually used to ask me what I preferred and I told her that I didn't care. I told her to get whatever worked for her. So, she stopped asking. My overall experience with her has been excellent. Her price is fair. I don't have any idea as to what other people charge. I particularly don't know what the market is for those kinds of services. Her quality is superb. Her responsiveness is excellent. I am very pleased with her. She is hardly ever late and she never skips. When she does, she makes arrangements to make it up. Her professionalism is excellent as well. I would use her services in the future too.
