+ -1 moreI would like to say everything went well, or that they went poorly but I can't. I can't because no one bothered to show up during the scheduled time, nor did anyone bother calling. I took a day off from work expecting to get my wash machine repaired and all I got was a wasted vacation day. Thanks Benson Refrigeration & Appliance.
Description of Work: I need to have my wash machine repaired, so I called and set up an appointment.

Description of Work: BR&A inspected washing machine and provided estimate for replacing damper pads and belts. Machine was picked up and returned after repairs - appointments were scheduled in timely manner with punctuality being a major factor. While broken down, bearings were replaced (all within initial estimate). Bruce (owner) and Dave answered all questions, provided service in a very respectful, professional manner. We are very pleased to recommend them as one of our quality neighborhood businesses!

+ -1 moreWe have used them twice within the year and my dad has used them for a long time. They are just really nice and cooperative. He was just respectful and patient. He also cleaned the refrigerator. He doesn't take much time. They are just really home town people and trustworthy. I really liked the way he cleaned up everything. I called him late afternoon on Friday and he came over on Monday. He called several times to get me whereas people usually call once and thought that was nice since it is my refrigerator and not his.
Description of Work: Benson Refrigeration & Appliance fixed my refrigerator. They had earlier fixed my washer.
