Uptight Carpet installed our new carpeting yesterday, and we could not be happier with the carpet, and with our choice of this company. From the time we entered the showroom, we knew that Uptight was the company we wanted to do business with. We had just bough a house in Goodyear and wanted the carpet installed as quickly as possible, before unpacking everything. Frank Chavarria helped us through the entire process, asking all the right questions to be sure the carpet we chose would best meet our needs. He came and measured early the next morning and had our quote ready that same day. Upon acceptance Frank confirmed back right away with our installation date. We found the installers to be very punctual, professional, polite. They cleaned up the mess and even helped to put my bedroom furniture into place afterwards. We could not have made a better choice than this company for our new carpeting. It's the best carpet we have ever had, and Frank made sure the whole experience was a good one. They considered cost savings and they recommended good carpet to use. They were efficient in how they measured and laid out the carpet to best minimize the cost.

During the do it myself project of the laminate flooring they were very helpful when I had some technical questions etc. I was abl;e to get someone to come out and do the tucking of carpet in the bedroom doorways when I finished my laminate flooring.

I have used these guys on and off for 15 years and they have always done really good work real nice work. They did a great job of installing the ceramic tile and making it look beautiful. They were very neat and detail oriented. They also removed some old carpeting that was there that was not looking so well. I would recommend them.
