We have no complaints. We were impressed with the man that came to our house. We liked him a lot. He was respectful and friendly.

The sales people that helped me choose and finance the flooring were exceptional. The company they set me up with were a C grade overall. The floor looks great but it took that provider one extra day. The owner got sick and the employee’s kind of slacked off after this. His wife showed up and they worked very quickly once she got them in to gear to do the work.

The quality of the door that I purchased was excellent. The people that installed did a very good job. However, they took forever to install it. I had to keep going back because they brought the wrong thing as far as what I had ordered. The final product was great, but the process wasn?t good. I would probably not use them again for that since I am hesitant because of the time that takes to get something done.

They called to follow up and I told them I was unhappy with Mr. Electric. Mr. Electric was rude and not professional and I will not use them again. The fans are working now and Home Depot made sure that I was satisfied.

They had a special on carpet and pad installation. They did a good job and showed up on the day and time they said they would. They called the day before to confirm the appointment and they were very responsive. They were really professional.
