Description of Work: Demolition for a house remodel; removal of a fireplace wall/wood and tile throughout the house/removal of all cabinetry/ plumbing fixtures etc. Mr. Molina did demolition on a commercial site we are remodeling.

I went from a three ton unit to a five ton unit, a new support bracket had to be hand built and installed for the new unit. Electrical Service had to be moved, as well as the PVC water line from the new unit to the side of the roof. Some minor roofing had to be done due to slight damage during removal and installation. All this was done professionally and to my satisfaction. Overall they did a great job over a Holiday for me. Thank you.
Description of Work: My Central Heating and Cooling System failed on Memorial Day. And it was very hot here in Phoenix. My unit was installed within three days.
