Description of Work: I was having some issues with my pool some time ago and the local pool store recommended Majestic Pools. When I called Tim and told him what was going on he said he would be happy to come out and charge me for a service call but to try a few things first. Well his advice was perfect and my pool was great. I knew this was a stand up and honest guy at that point. |Several months later I had a real issue as my sand filter was history so I gave Tim a call again. He came out and bid the job (several hundred less than one of the large pool companies). |He did a fine job replacing the filter and several other items cleaning up the pipes etc. My only issue (a VERY minor one): he is busy and works alone so the job took a bit longer than I expected. However he was always responsive and communicated when he would be by. I do believe that if the issue I had was an emergency and I needed it done ASAP he would have done so. | |
