+ -1 moreI can only wish I had Virgil come in originally. This man is one of the most professional contractors I've ever had the opportunity to work with. The quality of his work is great. He's easy to do business with and he genuinely cares for the client's satisfaction. This guy should teach Customer Service lessons.
Description of Work: We had Virgil come in and finish the job abandoned by "The Tile Master" (see my review on that train wreck!). Work entailed pulling out some old tile and replacing it (not as easy as it sounds as these tiles were 4" x 4" inserts among the 20" x 20" tiles already set) as well as extending some tile over our stove.
