Discount Sprinkler and Drip Repair

Excellent service. Mike took the time to explain in detail the approach to accomplishing the work to be done and together we went through the materials to be used. System is now working great. It has been a month since the new lines were installed. No leaks! And the plants are finally thriving!

Received the original quote by a very nice repairman and his assistant. Called back several weeks later to schedule the service - called on a Saturday, received a call back on Monday which was fine. The repairman came out and really rushed through the work and tried to leave, claiming everything was done. We asked if he programmed the drip system and he hadn't. While he was programming it, we found SEVEN missing heads and TWO leaks. About an hour later, he finished up and then told us the and quot;extraand quot; repairs were free b/c he wasn't aware of them from the original quote. Which is absurd since they're the ones that did the original quote. We were really hoping going with an Angie's List contractor that came highly rated would mean improved service but it was once again a disappointing experience.

THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! Mike Tanner, the owner, responded to my phone call the day before when we noticed pooling water in our front yard and an error code on our Drip System. I set up the appointment and he said he would be here the next morning between 8am - 9am. That morning, he called me at exactly 8am to say he would be here in 40 minutes, which I appreciated. Mike is a very pleasant gentleman and I was happy to walk the perimeter of my home with him to identify my problems. I even let him know that I would need him to please reset my entire drip system monitor to the proper amounts of times and days of week I should be watering...I had changed it so much that I had it all sorts of wrong! After assessing the work to be done, he wrote up an estimate and allowed me to call my husband before I gave him the thumbs up to do the work. We got the thumbs up, and he got right to it! One hour later, all of the work was done and he showed me what he had done and how he had reset the drip monitor for me. Should we ever have any issues in the future, I will absolutely be calling Mike Tanner (Discount Sprinkler and Drip Repair) again!
