At first B---, did a great job, but then he started telling my husband that we needed a new filter on or Sand Pump, and after a few days my husband went out and check things and we didn't need anything this pool service guy wasn't backwashing the pool correctly. I have sat and watched them clean the pool and they do a half a-- job and I will tell you this , he's always late, or he doesn't come and then I can write a check and 2 months later it gets cashed. This is the kicker, the diaphragm on the pool sweep has been broken for 3 weeks and we have been waiting for him to say something, no words mentioned. I would not recommend this company at all. They don't do a good job at all. and I am calling to cancel the rest of the months service I don't want them around the house at all. This is a fly by the night company. DONT USE THEM.

we did remind Kelly that he had made a promise to issue payment back and he has since denied that he did a bad job and when told that we would consider filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau, his response was "not a member...they charge too much for the right to have a sticker and a place for people to complain". in regards to considering taking this to small claims court, he replied "My wife and her firm will be happy to represent me free of charge. this will cost you more to collect than to accept the bill was valid. by the time you pay the filing fees, drive to court twice, time spent off, what is the point?" So I guess it will be time to take this to small claims court where the monetary award will be minimal, but whether it is 91.00 or 91 cents, the fact is they are taking money that they didn't earn. and if what they did to us is a reflection of how they do business, I wonder if there are others out there who suffered the same result. I would definatley stay away from this service. they are not honest, nor trustworthy. and if I had known that Angie's list didn't endorse companies like I assumed they did, I would have shopped further and saved myself the hassle of dealing with this type of unprofessional "Barney Fife" type pool service. ,
Description of Work: They initially were great, Then for some reason they were not as good. My tenants complained and when we contacted them they said they would take of the problem and didn't. Finally, the owner, Kelly, said that he would refund our December payment as he confirmed that they did not give us good service that month. We then decided that it was best we go with another service but assumed he would honor the refund. After waiting close to three weeks, we finally got a response that they would send 1.00, the amount of the overpayment
