Victor was great. He figured out what was wrong and fixed it at a very reasonable price. He told us of the problems we may have down the road and some options of replacement in the future.

This is the 2nd time we've used Victor Amuso. We had him out last year to fix one of our 10-year old A/C units and that experience was terrific and the unit is still working great. This time we had a problem with our other A/C unit. Victor was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem and our A/C unit has been working great since. We'll use him again in the future and we highly recommend him.

I have been burned by people coming to "fix" things. So I have learned only to hire people who come recommended highly. My neighbor across the street, recommended Victor to me. It was starting to get hot again and I knew I'd need the ACfixed and FAST. It was a very rainy night, and after 9 pm when I called this man, and inspite of the rain, he came over from across town to check my A.C. He went on the roof, but said unfortunately, he couldn't tell, so he'd have to come back in daylight (rain or shine) to see what was wrong. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR AN AFTER HOURS HOUSE CALL! Can you believe that? I couldn't. (I was told he was a very nice person.) So I told him to come back, and let me know what you need to do. Then I left for California. The next day, he went on the roof, and called me with what it was going to cost. He had to order the part and said once he installs it, then we can see what is wrong with the AC. He quoted me a price of $800. I was relieved that he didn't automatically say I needed a new unit. I said ok, go ahead. He said I didn't need to be there, he'd just go on the roof and fix it. He said he'd leave the bill in my door and I could send him a check. He actually trusted me Well, I get back from Calif. and the AC is working perfectly, and I see the bill is LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE!!! Have you ever seen a job come in LESS THAT THE ESTIMATE??? No, me neither. He installed the part, serviced the unit, added fluids or whatever, and charged me $200 less than the estimate. I will always use this guy. He actually called me today to ask if the AC unit was running well. I told him yes, and that for his kindness at coming out on a rainy night, fixing it with no hidden costs, and coming in two hundred dollars under estimate, I was going to review him on Angie's List. I hope this will bring this very kind, professional AC/Heating man tons of work. He was very humble and grateful to be so appreciated. I appreciated him much more, I guarantee you.
