Inspector arrived on schedule, quickly developed a report and estimate for additional required work. Also per request located and estimated repair for the mystery leak. Estimator and workmen were highly experienced, customer-oriented, punctual, and completed all work to our satisfaction.

First off, Glenn knows his business well. He is well educated in the roofing business. I think making contact and scheduling work was a little difficult. First I had family emergency's and then Glenn was difficult to reach. It took us almost a year to get together to get the work completed. It seems all the roofing contractors in AZ are the same when it comes to their availability. Glenn did show up with his crew who mostly spoke only spanish, except for one worker who spoke broken English. They did clean up after themselves and had all my work done within 4 hrs. I wish they had knocked on my door to let me know they were here. Seeing a man putting a ladder on your porch roof with no notice was a little alarming to a single female. The biggest negative for me was lack of follow up after the job. I was not given the opportunity to be told what damage was found or what work they found necessary to complete. We initially said maybe day/day and a half of work. They just kind of packed up and left. I would liked to have had a chance to ask questions and understand what work was done to make sure it was what we agreed on. We did have rain after they were here and I did go up to the area's that were small leaks showing inside and didn't feel wetness. So my assumption is that it was fixed. In the end, I think Customer Service was lacking a little. Especially after I'd paid and the work was done. They was no last contact which would have been nice as a follow up, especially relating to what was found and what was actually done. Jennie Christey

Overall good job at a fair price though I didn't climb on top of my 2 story home to check the quality. The owner and team communicated in a way I believe they are trust worthy and I would use them again. Professional, punctual, and receptive. Thank you!

Everything was done in a timely fashion and in a professional manner.

It was okay, nothing special. They came out about a month after I purchased the big deal because I was out of town. There were no additional charges apart from the $149 deal. They are just average.

It was not well inspected and done because he said it was a roof leak yet we discovered it was the pipe leaking.They were punctual though the problem wasn't solved.

I did not use this provider. Sorry.

They stayed until they found the place where my roof was leaking. They were fabulous. They knew what they were doing.

Arrived on time. Did work as promised including section not in original estimate. Cleaned up after.

Would you hire a company whose owner says "If you will write me a Angie's List positive review I will give you a partial refund? This is a company that has taken more requests for work and has more business than it has capacity to deliver. I purchased the $300 inspection/repair deal for $149. After calling weekly to get someone out for an inspection, and always being told "next week I will be there" the owner finally showed up after 5 weeks. Following the inspection, he told me a quote for work would be forthcoming the next week. When it failed to arrive, I again began calling weekly and each time was told "the quote will be there next week". A month later the quote arrived, and I was told the work could not be scheduled sooner than 6 weeks out. Never mind the quote was thousands of dollars higher than a competitive quote. As the company's website promotes "free roof inspections" and no work was done I requested a refund. That is when the owner told me that if I would write a positive Angie's List review (remember no work was done) he would give me a partial refund. Run, don't walk from this company.

Very nice, just slow but i am in no hurry, waiting to get a price on job.

I responded to the deal, asking me to specify dates that would be best for the work. They never replied. Then I sent another message through Angie's List about a week later. They replied to that, and said they would call. They never called. I tried to call them, and left a voice mail. They still never called. Then I sent another message, and they apologized, saying they would call. They didn't call. After a month of this, I'm not sure I can trust their professionalism and their reliability if I needed them to back up their work. I'm attempting to get a refund from Angie's List.

Everything repaired satisfactorily.

I purchased service on 9/22, he left a message in my Message box for my phone #. I provided it, didn't hear back from him even though Angies List stated I would receive a call in 2 business days. I finally called a week later and left a message on his voice mail. Got a call back on 10/1 telling me he was busy but would call back to schedule an appointment on 10/3. It is now 10/20 and I still have not heard from them.

Called this company on three separate occasions to get a roof repair estimate. No acknowledgement at all. Emailed and called and left a couple of messages. Its OK, there are plenty of professional companies out there who are worth their weight in gold.

Had roof damage from storm two weeks ago Did not make contact with Angie's list roofer other than initial email. New storm developed this Tuesday and Wednesday. In order to prevent further interior house damage had to have roof repaired by other available contractor.

I met Glenn at the home show and scheduled an appointment a few days for him to come out an give me a quote on replacing the underlayment on my tile roof. Glenn showed up on time, was prepared and professional. Glenn told me he would have the quote to me by the end of the week, which was appreciated because I had an active roof leak from the recent downpour of rain we just got. Unfortunately Glenn did not provide me with the quote by the end of the week and it took an extra 7 days (10 days after the site visit) to get the quote. The quote was not unreasonable and it would have been an extremely strong contender to get my patronage but I ended up going with another company that provided me with an acceptable bid in a reasonable amount of time. I would not hesitate to call Glenn again in hopes he could provide the quote a little faster.

They communicated to me very well, it was a pleasure to deal with them.

We took time off of work, scheduled an appointment for 10-12. They did not call but NEVER showed. Not only did they NOT SHOW but they did not return or answer any calls made about their inquiry.

Very responsive and helpful to my need of roof repair. Inspected the roof prior to closing of our new home. Did not over charge (I had another roofers estimate for almost twice as much). Worked around the weather and did a great job.

I have had no one come out yet. We have talked numerous times and he has never made it. Now it has rained a great deal and I had water on my floor from the roof leak. I have called and texted Glenn now several times since the leak with and SOS and I have not even gotten a phone call or text or any kind of response. Had he come out when I called, I could have saved myself the costly repairs to my ceiling from the damage caused by the recent rain. I am also out the $150 from the Angie''s Deal.

He arrived on time, explained everything to me. I have no complaints.

I was not at home when he/workers came to my home, and they were gone by the time I came home. so I don't know about punctuality and how long they worked. bottom line....no leak (actually poured in during monsoon rains). I was told to call him if any problems arose. so I trust all was done that was in the estimate.

Glen never got back to me after our initial phone conversation. I reached out to him a second time and he advised he would get back with me that week. Glen didn't call back.
