RIGHT AWAY DISPOSAL

The worst service ever. Now I see why the rating are so low. They have no respect for their paying customers. I scheduled a bulk pickup in which I have a confirmation for. The website clearly offers a bulk link to schedule pick-up. I call them to ask why no pick up and I'm told not to use the link and I should have called or use the contact us link. They've refused to have someone pickup my items now I have to wait another month to rid the items. The young lady I spoke to said it was my fault not theirs. I never raised my voice once. Only asked that she listen to reasoning. She hung up. WOW REALLY?!?! You have one job!!

Right Away Disposal provides terrible service. During one period, RAD failed to pick up my recycling during five out of six weeks. When I called about this problem, I was put on hold for up to one and one-half hours. One week, I had to call three times before the recycling was collected. In addition, none of the employees with whom I talked, including the area manager, apologized for the poor service. I highly suggest that others do NOT use this service.

They were right on time and it was in very good condition. There price was way lower than the more we'll known company (over $100 cheaper) and we were able to keep it for 2 weeks instead of 1. They also had dumpsters available right away. The other well known company didn't have containers for service in Phoenix. I was very happy with there service. The office was very helpful and made it very easy. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I have been using them for the last month. They are very efficient, come when I call them. They remove the dumpster and replace it. I paid for about 3 different dumpsters.
