Mark showed up on time, quickly got to work and did a great job.

The work has been perfect. We have the card for the provider on the door. We will use them whenever needed.

He has done 3 different jobs for me. It was great work. He is very reliable and good.

When calling for estimates, Mark was the only one who spoke with me directly and asked for details. The other companies I contacted said text me with the details. No thank you. I don't want to do business that way. Mark was prompt and was honest in what he could and could not do. His prices for service was very reasonable. We provided the materials and he did the work. I would definitely recommend him and I will be using his services in the future.

Mark did an awful lot of work to help me get an old fan properly installed in a home I just purchased. At the end of the day we failed, but thought we might. I purchased a new fan which Mark installed at no additional charge. I often work right along side Mark, I enjoy his attitude and the humility he displays. I am also struck by his passion for his work and need to always do a good job.

He fixed a broken pipe that had burst in the laundry room. when the pipe burst no one was in the home so the water caused a lot of damage to the ceiling. He replaced pipe, sheetrock, painted etc. He even hauled away extra debris that Had nothing to do with the job. He really went way out of his way to do a great job! I will certainly recommend him to my friends. Best of all he's honest. I had a bid from someone else that was wanting to charge an outrageous price of $1500 for the job. i knew it was way to high, but I was out of the state and needed someone else to check it out. I told Mark the position i was in, so he knew that he could have charged me pretty much anything under $1,500. But he didn't. He give me a fair price. I had never met Mark, and only found him on Angie's list, i really lucked out. I'm happy to say we do have some really decent people left in this world. Thanks, Mark

Mr. Stein modified some plumbing in our kitchen - he was knowledgeable and efficient, with fair prices. We plan on calling him again.

Mark did a wonderful job from start to finish. Very prompt arriving for his estimate ( which he does not charge for). Estimate was pretty much right on. Indicated it could take as much as three days and he finished in just under two days. Mark only charges by the hour so you do not pay him for a full days work if he is only there for three hours. On top of that he is a friendly, down home great gentleman. Very caring and very concerned about the type of job he does. He also consults with the homeowner before he does anything and makes recommendations that make cost less than origianally quoted. I would use Mark again without hesitation!

Initial call was returned promptly, a time to look at the problems was scheduled. Mark was on time , found the problem promptly. We were then advided of the needs. Agreed to the repairs and Mark took care of it as scheduled. We are very satisfied with the service and the repairs. This house is a rental we own that is in Apache Junction, we advised the rental company we use to manage the property of Marks service and recommended they use him for other rentals they manage.

I called Mark and discussed my problem. He stated that he normally had a two hour minimum and it was likely that my issue could be fixed in a short time. He suggested that he take my number and when he was in my area and had a little time he would call. He indicated he would likely charge an hour ($35). About a week later on a Saturday morning my phone rang, it was Mark. He was in the area and was checking if I was home. He came over and looked at window. Voila, he fixed it in about 3 minutes. He asked if I had any other issues, which I did and he quickly fixed a leaky outside faucet.. As he was there for less than 10 minutes, he did not charge me. But he is surely my go to guy from now on. He seemed very capabile and an honorable guy.

I called Mark at the end of the day and we made plans for him to come over and give me an estimate on putting in two laundry style sinks. He arrived on time and gave me a reasonable bid. I thought the time frame he quoted was a bit exaggerated especially since he needed to cut into my laundry room drywall to get to the drains, put in a drain attachment where there was none and extend the pipes off of the washing machine. He quoted a day and it took a day and a half, which is reasonable. He misquoted the price on copper pipe and ate the cost difference. Mark showed up to work on time and ready to work. He works with his daughter and she was knowledgeable and made the job go faster by doing the grunt work. They worked every minute they were here. I like to hire locally and I like to patronize great family businesses, with Mark I got both. I'm having him replace my front door and do some closet work. We also were thinking of remodeling our bathrooms and Mark will be the one we call.

He is great. He works quickly and honestly. He gives you a quote and sticks to it. He doesn’t nickel and dime you for little things. I buy my own stuff and he does the labor. He is always on time. He's just a hometown guy.

It went well, with him and his helpers committing to a certain time and date, then showing up on time. I helped quite a bit, as I had nothing else to do, so he gave me a discount on the rate. Plus, it all went faster than planned as well, so he could get to his next job. I have some more door replacements I would like done, plus some plumbing, so I have to get the time to get these scheduled. This is a second home in the Phoenix area, but I just wish he could come to our primary home out of that area.
