A/C went out and Leo was at our house by 10am on Monday morning! We have been using his services for 4 years now, that consists of about 3 visits. He never disappoints! I highly recommend him, he is very honest and prices are very reasonable.

Awesome. It's a pleasure to do business with professional people who know what they are doing, show up on time and do a great job.

Leo Casey and his crew did an excellent job. A year ago we had him out for a minor repair, which he handled perfectly and with no hard sell for us to upgrade. We decided to be proactive and replace both systems before hot summer arrives. We're very pleased with the work and hopeful that these more efficient systems will lower our utility cost.

I have used East Coast Air for three or four years and I highly recommend Leo and his crew. He will be back next week to re-set the A/C which will take at least two people. I don't anticipate any problems.

He is honest and friendly, and seems to know what he is doing. He is prompt, and punctual.

Called for an appointment and was it was scheduled easily and promptly. They arrived on time and were very professional. Took about a week for the service but this was fine with me since I thought it was to be routine. upon diagnosing both my units they found one unit that needed repair. One unit was leaking and they had to solder a line due to a hole in it where all the Freon had leaked out. They completed this and tested it for more leaks but found none. They kept me up to date on what they found and were informative as to how both the units were functioning. A very good experience and I felt they performed well and would definitely use Leo and his team again..

I'm writing this review fairly late but none the less I consider this company my go to company for all my air conditioning needs. They're prompt, honest and fair priced. They came to me highly recommended by my Mother and they never disappoint. They've come out to our home on 3 occassions. On the first visit we thought we had a serious problem and it turned out to be a quick, very inexpensive fix. They gave both air conditioners a tune up while they were here and all was good. The 2nd visit was a tune up, about a year later which was quick, easy and inexpensive. The final visit was about a year after that when one of our two units failed. We knew the units were nearing the end of their expected lives and were not surprised it could not be and quot;brought backand quot;. ECA found an quality Rheem Air Conditioner (at our request) and had it delivered and installed for us within two business days for under 2K. That included servicing the still working 2nd AC Unit. We were exstatic. We'll never go anyplace else.

Leo was recommended by the company that cleaned our ducts. We were able to get an appointment within a couple of days of calling. This was not an emergency. The system was working, but had not been cleaned or serviced since the house was built about 10 years ago. Leo showed up on time. He did a thorough job of checking out the furnace. He cleaned it out, flushed the drains, checked function and did safety checks. On the AC unit, there was a large amount of dust around the coils, which he washed out. He did functional tests and checked the connections. The cost for the tune up on both systems was about $65, which we thought was very reasonable given the amount of time and effort he spent on it. The remainer of the cost was for a new thermostat, which we requested, because we didn't like the old one. He supplied it, installed it and showed us how to use it. The cost for this was about $75. He was very conscientious that he didn't get the house dirty and cleaned up any messes. He is also a very friendly nice guy. We will hire him again.
