I though that they did a really good job and they were good about showing up on time to get the work done. I think the workers that they have are very diligent and like the field they work in. They were also concerned about making sure I was happy with the work they did for me.

I called to have someone check for a leak because we had a water spot on the ceiling. He came out and never went up on our roof or looked in the attic. He simply said that, yes, we had a leak and that they would fix it. He gave me an estimate of $500-$550. He scheduled a time to come back with his crew. On the day scheduled, they did not show and when I called he said that he had forgotten and rescheduled. On the day they rescheduled, it was raining so he called and cancelled. In the meantime, we had another roofer come out and they went up on the roof and did a complete inspection. This person said our roof was fine and that we did not need any work performed. I cancelled the work with Design Roofing. I am very disappointed, as it appears that he was going to perform work that did not need to be done. He never even inspected the roof and was ready to charge me for work. I will not use them again.
