Dependable Irrigation did a great job. They are all very professional, friendly and punctual. We have a large ash tree in the front of our house. Many large tree roots broke the underground sprinkler line. Dependable Irrigation repaired the damage.

I’ve used Depeddable Irragation since 1997. They have done everything from fixing leaks to replacing our entire Irragation system. I had them out again today to fix another leak due to my hands I can no longer fix these by myself anymore. Although he was only here for maybe 5 minutes it was just cutting the drip and putting on a plug I wish it was a little cheaper. I realize that that’s the service call charge I understand all the overhead and everything so I’m not really complaining. I’ve recommended them to many people and will continue to do so. In my entire adult life I’ve never worked with a company that’s this excellent. I never had to question their capability to do the job right the first time. Excellent from the office staff to the employees even the owner Lee who usually comes to do the work himself. And overall their prices are very reasonable. Another job well done. Thank you!

I have an oddly shaped lawn of approx. 1000 sqft, which looks like a Pizza slice and slightly slopes down. By the time I called Lori at the office, I had given up on trying to water it with a hose and watering attachment, which covered about as much outside of the lawn as on. Lee came out and marked where the sprinklers should go. Then I had to call the city and other utilities who may have buried lines or wires in that area, via the 811 service. After everyone gave their OK, Lee and his crew came out to dig the ditches and install the valves, pipes and sprinklers. When it was all done, I was truly impressed how accurate the coverage is and how little water ends up outside the grass area. I had a dry spot in my winter grass and they came back to make a small adjustment, to cover it better, but the main reason for that had been a lack of seeds in that area. They have the science down to a t, on how to cover an irregular shape and choose the right sprinklers (angle and distance) and it's fun to watch the experts at work. Thank you for your great job!

I hired Lee based on the reviews on Angie's List, and I have to say that I couldn't be more pleased with their work. When Lee and Paul came for the free estimate, I could just tell by the way they talked and investigated the old existing irrigation system that they knew what they were doing. I agreed that adding two new lines (one for shrubs and one for trees) was more time & cost efficient than digging up the backyard to find where the previous resident capped off those lines to put in a grass line. They were efficient, gave me plenty of spaghetti lines above ground for future use, left the yard like they found it, and even programmed my Hunter. If you hire these guys, I don't think you're going to be disappointed.

The company was called on the weekend and was responsive to the need and scheduled an appointment in just a couple of days to our convenience. The system was checked and a replacement of the valve was performed to get the irrigation system up and running again. After the repair there was water accumulating in the irrigation box and the company responded right away and fixed this problem.

Our experience was decidedly mixed. The crew worked hard in extreme heat over a 3-day period in mid-June. At the conclusion of the job I gave them a 10% cash tip. Problems emerged within a couple weeks. I will describe one here (more details are available at the Better Business Bureau complaint site). My wife and I left AZ for the summer at the end of June. In mid-July, the person watching our house in our absence and our landscape contractor separately reported an apparent leak. I reported this to Dependable Irrigation (Dependable). It visited our home and told me via email that it checked "the entire system" and found no leaks. After receiving more conflicting information from Dependable and our landscape contractor I concluded I had to return to AZ to clarify the situation. On my return I immediately observed the apparent leak in the location that had been identified to me. I hired an independent irrigation specialist. He confirmed the existence of a leak and capped it. A day later our landscape contractor identified a second leak and capped it. Both leaks were in the old system that Dependable was responsible for deactivating. On July 24 I reported to Dependable that there was irrefutable evidence of leaks, notwithstanding Dependable's repeated email assertions to me that a check of the "entire" system showed "no leaks." I asked Dependable to take corrective action by July 25. It came to our home the morning of July 25. It took approximately an hour to fix the leak(s) by capping water flow to the previous irrigation system, a task that was part of Dependable's initial scope. Because Dependable af first denied existence of the leak(s) it was necessary for me to return to AZ from Wisconsin and hire a third party to clarify the situation. When I convinced Dependable that leaks existed it took corrective action to address its initial oversight. When I asked Dependable to reimburse me for $215 in contractor expenses it declined the request and observed that it had not asked me to return to AZ or hire anyone for an independent opinion. Further, Dependable cautioned that if I used the Better Business Bureau or Angie's List to address this situation it would void our parts warranty in retaliation. Lee came on time. he worked nearly non-stop for 2hr. and 30min. the charge was what i was told over the phone by lori. lee asked how long it had been since the irrigation system had been installed. i told hm over 15 years. he suggested that it might be time for a new system but no pressure to get it done now! because of the excellent service they provided i will call them first for a free estimate on a new system this fall/winter.

Wow, just wow. Scheduling was a breeze, they were the only company willing to squeeze me into their schedule within the same week of calling. Everyone else was 1 to 2 weeks out before I could even get the estimate. Prior to our meeting time Lee called to let me know that the previous job was running longer than expected and that we would need to push back our appointment. He gave me the new time and later showed up exactly as promised. Originally the job was only to install the drip lines for the 3 new trees by tapping into the existing system. When Lee and his technician James showed up we talked about what I wanted and showed them where everything was. Lee gave me estimate for the work, which was totally reasonable. I agreed and they immediately went to work. During their work I asked a few more questions about irrigation and mentioned some of my future or nice to have plans. Lee was great in that he proposed they add the new line since they where already digging the hole for the line anyways. He was even willing to just throw that in as part of the estimate. This was great as it showed he wasn't concerned with trying to upsell me, just wanted to get me the system I wanted. The new installation worked great, but then as a courtesy he started the existing system just to make sure everything was working as it did before. Well as my luck goes, Lee and James pointed out several problem areas I had not noticed (some existing heads where buried in the ground, and two were broken off. I just bought the house last May so I hadn't really inspected the system that well. Even thought they already had a long day they offered to stay and fix the other issues with my existing system. In the end My new drip line for the trees work great and my existing system is now watering the entire lawn as it was originally intended. I can't say enough about how great Lee and team are. ** I would without hesitation recommend them anyone who needs irrigation / sprinkler system work done, they were great.**

Called and spoke with Lori on a Saturday late morning, Lee was onsite early Sunday morning to make the repair. Arrived exactly when he said he would, and did so with a smile. Completed the job quickly and told me what he was going to do, what he did, and what to expect. True professionalism all the way through. Although I hope to never use their service again, if something happens where I need them, it won't take me more than 2 seconds to call them!!

They were stellar! I called and explained my situation to them and they were able to come on Saturday to perform the work and even came back out on Sunday to finish up. Their price was also excellent.

Called in the morning and was here in about 2 hours, right at the time they said they would be here. I called about one leak and after fixing it I figured since he was here I asked if he could walk around with me and check everything, we found three other leaks which he also repaired for me. They have done work for me in the past, which I was very impressed with. their prices are great the work is fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone who want's great work, fair prices and excellent service. Thanks again for a job well done.
