About us

We are a family owned business and have over 40 years experience in this business. We travel valleywide, 6 days a week & do not charge an extra trip or fuel charge. The majority of our business is dependant on our repeat customers that have been with us over the years & we always welcome new customers & strive to keep them as repeat customers as well. We warranty our parts for 5 years & have not raised our prices in over 4 years, in order to stay above our competition. We beleive that our service call fee of $70 is by far less expensive than any other competitior specializing in this line of work. Watering your lawn, plants, trees & gardens while conserving as much water as possible is our specialty and we are extremely efficient at finding leaks in your underground lines, that are not visible on the ground. We can handle any project that has to do with your outdoor water sources. We accept cash of course, as well as checks, debit cards, Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express credit cards for payment at the time our services are completed. We are very proud to be celebrating our 14th year in business !!

Description of Work: The only hiccup to our service was lack of a phone call to tell us they would be late in arriving. Worked to fix multiple leaks in system and changed out leaking valves. Kept at it until the valves were perfectly balanced. Recommend them to all. |

Unfortunately I was probably out of the office at the time and the tech may not have been able to call at the time, or may not have realized how late it was. Description of Work: Ours wasn't a big project. just a minor adjustment. Drip wouldn't come on. We didn't realize the water had been turned off by a stucco repair company and felt kind of stupid about it all, but the service tech was very courteous and assured us he has seen this happen in the past. Anyway, if we ever have to replace our system these are the people I would call in a heartbeat. They are very professional and responsive, and someone actually answers the phone!

Hi (removed member name)! Thanks for you positive review on our services! Even though yours was just a minor problem ~ please DO NOT feel stupid about it at all!! We do see this happen more often than you would think. It is pretty common for landscapers or other service people to turn the water off while they are working, and unfortunately ~ forget to turn it back on before they leave. We were happy for you that it was not something more serious & are always more than happy to help in any way that we can. And ~ while I do try to always answer the phone personally ~ there are busy times that I cannot answer it right away ~ but I do always check messages on a regular basis & strive to return phone calls as soon as possible! < I don't like getting voice mail when looking for services either > :-) Thanks Again !! Description of Work: I had drip system issues and they were here the day after I called them. Replacing some lines and dripper heads did the trick. They even reset my timer!
