Lee was GREAT!! Called on a Saturday, he came out when he said he would on a Sunday. Very knowledgable, gave us update on system along with different options of taking care of it. This company is very dependable, just as the name states!!! I would highly recommend him for your irrigation needs. Also, very reasonable prices. A++++ Thank you LEE!!

Dependable Irrigation was very responsive, coming out the afternoon I contacted them. Timing was important because the temp was 109 and the grass needed to be watered. They did a very quick but good job at fixing all the breaks in the sprinkler line. Lee was both professional and personable.

Lee the owner and his assistant were very professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed with their work ethics.

Lee and his crew were here directly on time. They were very efficient. I ran into a problem a few days ago where a irrigation head and quot;explodedand quot; and he was out that day to fix it. I am more than pleased. He explained in simple, basic terms what he was going to do so that I understood. Would very highly recommend them.

They came on time and spent a great deal of time fixing my sprinkles, replacing the bad ones, also cleaned out and fixed my drip system. The cost was fair and the work was done to perfection.

He arrived as promised and completed the work timely and completely. We had some questions after and he came back out rather than just call us to explain and show us a few extra things. We have been so impressed with him and the work performed that we will hire him when it is time to replace the front irrigation system.

Lee came out within 2 days of my first call, and turned around a quote to replace my entire irrigation system that same evening. The install was scheduled 9 days later. Lee was on time, professional and finished the job in 3 days time. I was originally considered a cheaper system but Lee convinced me to use PVC (I'm glad he did!). The only negative was one of the undergrounds lines (from 1 of 6 valves) had an underground crack in it that I discovered on Saturday (one day after the job was complete). Lee came out the next business day (Monday) and repaired the line. Overall, Lee and his crew did an excellent job, took great care not to damage my existing landscape, used top quality materials and at a great price!

After a huge water bill I contacted to irrigation professional landscaper and a pluming company, neither could figure out the problem. I contact Dependable Irrigation as I have seen their truck on my street. In minutes they found the problem, provided excellent service, were Fast and courteous, a great team and affordable. I would highly Recommend this company. The are A+

Lee and his crew showed up as scheduled and quickly got started on the back yard. They dug the trenches and laid the pipe with pieces of equipment called octopuses. We paid extra for those because one if our dogs had previously pulled up all the original irrigation system in the yard. Lee explained the octopus covers up the pieces of irrigation system so that the dog can't get to it. They were very reasonable in price and if it keeps the dog from tearing up the system, well worth the price. Reliable Irrigation stands behind their work and is extremely reasonable in price. They clean up after themselves with great care and my yard looks better than when they started. I would highly recommend them.

Last Saturday afternoon, my husband discovered our front yard watering system was running when I should have been off. When he went to turn the system off, the water continued to flow. My husband called Dependable Irrigation right away to see if someone would be able to fix our irrigation system that same day. The lady my husband spoke with at Dependable Irrigation took a message and called us back a few minutes later to let us know that someone would be out at our house to check our watering system in about an hour. The individual who did the work quickly diagnosed the problem, which was a valve that had failed and he also discovered a leak in the water line going from the house to the irrigation system. He had everything he needed to fix both issues and the work was completed in under an hour. We are very grateful to the people at Dependable Irrigation for taking care of our watering system in a prompt and professional manner and at a reasonable price.

Scope of project, installation of new front yard irrigation system. Also replace valve, module for timer and repair two leaks in back yard. After reviewing Angie's list and getting several bids we felt dependable was the way to go. From the first phone call to the installation I was always informed and understood the whole project. Lee (the owner) came out to give me the options and a bid for the job. I felt it was a fair bid compared to the others, but what sold me was, it was a family business, he uses better quality parts and does the work himself. I had many questions which were all answered and explained so I would understand what was going on. They came out when they said they would and cleaned up after they were done. When we get ready to have our back yard done dependable will be our first call. If you want a knowledgable, professional company that's honest and easy to work with, this is the company your looking for. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone. Lee and his assistant came on the day they said they would starting early and working until the job was done around 5pm. They cleaned up after themselves. It has been great to see our water bills go down to where they are supposed to be! :) Since we don't smoke we did ask that Lee's assistant not smoke on our property. He observed that request with no questions asked. :) Since the installation, we have had a season change. My husband tried to change the irrigation timer and had some problems. We called for suggestions. We were given instructions and tried them but still had trouble. We called again and Lee was kind enough to come by and show my husband how to do it. He did not charge us. He just gave us one of his great big smiles and told us he was happy to help. He is a great person and businessman!

He came right out and got everything situated that needed to be situated. he showed me the actual old and worn parts he took out of my system. I don't have an issue with the leaks anymore, he did a great job. I estimated the price to be much more than that. he did a great job, the time frame he gave me when he'd be here was a good time frame. I think he actually got here early and he did call to come early. If I needed to I would definitely use them again. There has been a decrease in my water bill so that's always a good thing. He was very professional.

Called on a Sat. and Lori set up appointment for Sun. morning at 9;30. Lee came out at 9. He did a pressure gauge and spotted a few things wrong right away. He solved all the problems in a timely fast manner. Saved me money on a new valve replaced it and fixed a leak. He even showed me why my landscaping lights weren't working set the timer. Very helpful. He's very knowledgable where the water is tied in at. Checked my backyard system. Never had the pressure as good as this. All trees and plants and grass that neveer got water to are drinking happily now. I'm very pleased with the work done and with this company. I would hire them again and would recommend them to everyone.

Lee arrived when he said he would and worked very hard on my system. He did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend him. He knows his job well and it shows. I am very pleased with his work.

The person who did the estimate was punctual. The price quoted was much more reasonable than my experiences with Sprinkler-Pro. The service people were on time, did a great job, gave instructions to my husband for using our system more efficiently (and for less $$ water bills). Also recommended not replacing some parts we thought needed replacement, which I appreciated.
