Description of Work: Routine and deep cleaning, biweekly housecleaning services.

Description of Work: I had an initial cleaning for $200 (2100 sq ft house), and monthly service for $110. I was thrilled with the initial walk-through with Kristi (she found issues I hadn't noticed!) and with the initial cleaning. My house was the cleanest it had been in a long time. I thought I had finally found a reliable cleaner! Kristi bid the job originally and worked with Robin on my initial cleaning. But the next time only Robin showed up. Nothing was said to me either by Kristi (when initially bidding the job) or Robin, but when I asked I was finally told that Robin had bought the business and Kristi was no longer involved. The second and third cleanings (with only Robin) were far inferior to the initial cleaning. Major areas were missed - like the kitchen table and counters. When I pointed out the miss, Robin did a cursory wipe without even an apology. I guess what bothered me the most is that she didn't even seem embarrassed by the error. If your job is cleaning houses, forgetting to do the kitchen counters and tables is a pretty big mistake - I can't imagine being so blase about forgetting something so fundamental in my own job. I didn't invite her back for a 3rd visit. What a disappointment!

Description of Work: Robin, her mother, and an additional helper came to do a thorough cleaning of our house. Robin will be returning on a every two week basis to do routine cleaning.

Description of Work: The first time Robin and her mom came I thought they were terrific. We committed to every other week at $75/cleaning. The one thing I was CRYSTAL CLEAR about was I wanted my home thoroughly cleaned every time she did come and we could renegotiate price if necessary. Robin couldn't finish dusting the bookshelves and said she'd do it next time. The 2nd time Robin and her Mom came, she told me she had to leave by 11:00. She had arrived a bit after 8:30, so her plan was 2 1/2 hours. My DEAL with her was that she would clean the house and if I needed to pay more I would. Next time she came, she wanted to work exactly 2 1/2 hours, and not 1 minute more. She said she'd iron for an extra $15 and commented how easy it was. When she went to leave she had not vacuumed two of my rugs and had not approached the bookshelves. She basically told me that if I wanted her for 4 hours I could pay her $180 like her better clients. She had quoted $75 for clean house not for a # of hours.

Description of Work: Clean Valley cleans my whole 1500 square foot home on a bi-weekly basis, including the windows, floors, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms.

Description of Work: Robin and her mother spent 4 hours deep cleaning my home and did a terrific job of getting all the dust up. Most importantly though is that they managed to get impossible soap scum stains off my shower stalls and stains that have been in the tub since before I even bought the house. Great job! I have asked them to return once a month for updated cleaning.

Description of Work: Kristi sent a team to my house to do a routine cleaning. Robin and her mother spent 3 hours here and scrubbed my kitchen, including wiping down all cabinets and cleaning the vents above stove, and microwave which had never been done. They dusted, vaccumed, mopped, and even did the baseboards. Both bathrooms were cleaned as well.

Description of Work: Kristi called me and we discussed the size of my home and what was expected from me. She told me her team would do an initial cleaning to get everything off to a super clean start and then we would discuss how often we wanted cleaning done on a regular basis. We have a lot of tile, no carpeting, so I am concerned that the floors look good, and the baseboards be clean, Kristi agreed. I advised her that I have pets and she took that in stride, saying she and her team are animal lovers also. Her team cleaned everything to a real sparkle, I couldn't be more pleased. The stove looks like new, cabinets and floors clean and shiny. Everything dusted, not just waved at with a cloth. My bathrooms, which are my hangup, are PERFECT! Clean, disinfected and shower spotless. They will return on an every 3 week basis, at $85.00 each time, then in 3 months they will do the full deep cleaning again.

Description of Work: I had an initial deep cleaning performed and have been using the service bi-weekly for about a month. My house looks amazing!! In addition to being clean, it always smells fresh which is important to me because I have 2 dogs and 6 cats and out here in Apachie Junction, it is impossible to keep up myself.
