Immediately after I completed the Angi's List request for a quote form, A/C and Plumbing Pro contacted me about a hot water issue. Curtis and his team came out the same day and diagnosed hard water build up and a possible leak in the pipes in my foundation. Curtis was professional, patient, and very kind as he explained everything. I was unsure about having the leak detectors out and wanted to put it off. Really, I wanted to ignore it and hope it would go away. He had the company contact me the next day because he was concerned that if I ignored it things would get a lot worse for me. Sure enough, the leak detectors found a leak. Curtis was there to walk me through what would happen next. He closed off the leaky pipe and came back the next day, a Saturday, to re-route the pipe. I really appreciate Curtis and the A/C and Plumbing Pro crew!

Rep Very knowledgeable. Took pictures of problems & the fixed job. Found a broken fuse box & fixed it before it could catch fire. Fiormer company used for several years did not let me know this safety devise was broken.and donâ t know who broke it. Scary! Price was more reasonably than the former company I used.

I had Austin come out and do A/C maintenance. Called me when about 30 minutes away. Really nice personable guy. Explained everything to me and gave me suggestions as to what I needed done. Not pushy at all. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be using them again and also referring them to family and friends. Quality company!!! Thanks Austin!!
