I called and left a message on a Saturday AM because I had been smelling sewer smell and was concerned that I may be having a septic issue and received a call back within a very short time. If I would have been available later afternoon that day they would have to come to check it out same day (which was amazing considering another plumber I called wanted $100 to just come and provide a quote). I was not going to be available that afternoon so an appointment was set up for first thing Monday with the caveat that if an opening came up on Sunday he would call and see if I was available and come out and look at the issue. He ended up calling on Sunday and coming out to look at my issue and determined it was not an issue just probably dry traps causing sewer gas smell. All of this was no charge! While he was at my home I had him look at some other work I needed to have done that was not urgent but on my list. He looked at the work and gave me a verbal estimate on the work. Later I scheduled him to come out and do the work. All of the work was done as requested, there were no issues and everything was done, quickly and all was left clean and tidy when he left. The replacement of the pedestal sink was an area where I was pleased with how careful he was during the install because I was concerned that my fairly new paint would end up badly damaged but he was careful and we were lucky that the new sink was just a tad higher so there was very little touch up painting required. The kitchen faucet installed was a faucet with hands free functionality that I had purchased and a couple of days later I was having trouble getting it to work (it was working fine when the plumber was there and even after he left). I called their office and left a message and he came back out to take a look at it for me at no additional charge.... Truly turned out to be more of a user issue and an install issue but I was really concerned because when it was not functioning I had no kitchen water. I was overall very pleased with the work and customer service. I would and have recommended them and would use them again.
