McConahy Mechanical has been exceptional and honest in their work for us over the past three years. We cannot recomend them high enough. High trust, excellent work and commitment to the highest level of customer service.

I have had nothing but stellar results with them. It took them about 3 hours to install the unit. They had the owner of the company, Chris McConahy himself, with 2 assistants come out to do the work. They treated me and my home flawless. They were extremely congenial. They were very neat and clean. They were respectful of my home. I literally couldn't have had a better experience. I have dealt with a lot of contractors over the years, and Chris was different virtually than any other contractor I have ever dealt with. He is really really just extremely thorough, very detail oriented, extremely clean and neat, and I just can't say enough. Just absolutely, he was a rock star.

It was my first experience with McConahy Mechanical, and it was just really really good. They did a fantastic job. They did a great job the first time, and I just read great reviews about them, and somebody referred me to them. He did a full blown install, and the job could have not been done better. I know a lot of contractors in this industry and they rip you off royally, they are tough to deal with, and they don't get the job done. Chris could not have done a better job. I mean, it was an 11 on a scale to 10.

This was hands down THE BEST experience I've ever had with an A/C contractor or ANY contractor for that matter. From the minute Chris walked in, his professionalism was apparent. The cleanliness, and respect for my house was off the charts. Chris is a perfectionist in his work, the attention to detail, efficiency - all surpassed my expectations - and I'm picky. Chris even did a few extra tasks, and did not charge me. His prices are extremely reasonable, as good if not better than any other A/C contractorr. Incredible attention to detail, you can tell he is a perfectionist at his craft, not satisfied until the job is 100% perfect. As well, extremely fast, he was all business and got things done with no B.S. His rates were extremely reasonable, and he also did some extra things without nickel and diming me for every little task. In a day and age of plenty off "Hacks and ripoff artists", Chris is absolutely the exception to the rule. I can't say enough good things about the team at McConahy Mechanical. Someone originally recommended them to me as a very honest and professional organization, and I have definitely found them to be outstanding to work with. I've used them in the past and based on my very positive experience, I continue to call them for work on my AC units, as well as recommend them to other people. With the heat wave we've been having in the Valley for the past couple weeks, my AC unit has been running overtime. Last night the unit shut off completely (with the outside temperature at 118). I placed a service ticket with my home warranty company, but no one from that company's service provider could be here for four days due to heavy demand all over the Phoenix area. I decided to just pay for the service call myself if I could have someone from McConahy come out sooner. I was delighted when they were available to come out today and they showed up ahead of their scheduled time. The two technicians, Ed and Todd, were excellent. They tested the unit that had shut off, cleaned the coils, and determined that it probably had just overheated from being on for so long. The unit is 29 years old, and most other companies have tried to sell me a new unit. However, Chris McConahy and his team have told me that as long as the unit is working fine and cooling the house, there is no need to completely replace it. I very much appreciate their honesty and integrity. At the point when this unit finally can't be repaired, I know that I'll be using McConahy Mechanical for the replacement purchase. I'm very happy with every interaction I've had with the company and recommend them highly.

He has exceptional customer service, very good manners and better pricing than many others. He replaced a fan that I didn't even know was going bad. I thought he was exceptional. He's done work for us for about two years.
