"I thought everything was wonderful as I have used AZ Gauge Door for fixing a broken spring and installing a garage door opener in the passed. Now the spring that was fixed broke and now I am told that there warranty policy on the spring would have been covered but they did not replace both springs last time and for their warranty (that I am learning about now, not when they came the first time) to be effective they would have needed to replace both. Very upset because now I am having to pay for the service again and all they are willing to discount is their service charge. I feel like it should be their service charge and one of the springs for their lack of communication. Manager said that the technician no long works for them and has no idea as why this was not explained to me at the time of the first service in 2019. I dii ok by either yet I am the one that must pay the price for their lack of communication."
