"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

From start to finish, the job was plagued by poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of accountability. We feel misled, overcharged, and left with incomplete and subpar work. **Key Issues:** 1. **Invoice Inaccuracies** - The initial invoice labeled as an estimate was never updated to reflect the actual scope of work. We were charged for tasks, like concrete removal, that weren’t even performed. - Despite the work remaining unfinished, Rooter Ranger pushed to collect payment prematurely, making us question their commitment to completing the job. 2. **False Promises** - The company assured us they’d assist with the insurance process and provide a non-invasive solution for pipe repairs. Both claims turned out to be false. We had to seek external help for insurance, and despite promises, they wanted to damage our kitchen floor and we had to come up with a solution that came with additional cost unaccounted for. 3. **Dishwasher Oversight** - A critical error involving the dishwasher line was ignored until we identified it. This required additional, costly fixes that Rooter Ranger failed to cover or manage professionally. 4. **Workmanship Issues** - Structural mistakes, uneven concrete, and poorly installed plumbing were common throughout the job. For instance, toilets were installed improperly, and the master bathroom plumbing still leaks. 5. **Permit and Inspection Failures** - The permit process was mismanaged, leading to failed inspections. Rooter Ranger failed to communicate inspection results and left us to manage issues with city inspectors.
