The Tub Pros

Initially looked good but dropped something in tub and got a nick in the surface. Very soon afterward other nicks appeared. Repairman returned in a few days and said that it did not dry right and put some more in those places. By 2014, entire tub started peeling and cracking. It looks horrible and the tub looks filthy but cannot be cleaned off. The vanity top is in the same condition as well. I called the company in 2014 but they said it would take same amount of money to get the stuff off. This was more than a waste of money. It is a disaster and will require total replacement of vanity and tub

6/23/2016 First to Review Horrible service.. would not honor warranty.. Did not ever give me a receipt or warranty information.. had to ask for it to be emailed the following day.Let tub dry for 2 days.. Caulk hanging off edge of tub.. we removed and were going to redo caulk because of sloppy job .. peeled paint off with caulk.. they also left a huge blotch of paint on tub mixed with rust.. have photos. My daughter took a bath tonight for the first time in 2 days and said the bottom of tub was rough. On top of that.. tech left his paint sprayer over here freaked out.. called once to say he would be over.. I had layed down for nap.. walked in my house without permission to get sprayer.. cell phone charger brand new right inside door turned up missing. Owner said he would get me another charger and have worker apologize for lie he gave telling me my husband let him in the house when he was really at the doctor.. no one let him in .. he came in on his own..filed police report for entering without permission but never heard from him... filed report with BBB.. Waiting to hear back now..$400 and I have to go through this.. just unreal! Highly advising you do not deal with this father son owned company who is out for your money and does not know anything about customer service!

See above. I have call the manager three times. He promised to check on everything and call me back with a remedy. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY CALL BACKS OR REMEDIES!!!

They did a great job. They were professional throughout the process. I would recommend them for future work.

The owner rescheduled once, gave too many personal details. The guy that performed the job was messy and did a terrible job. Overspray on the wall above the tile, the coat they put on the bath tub peeled off in places immediately. When called to fix it the same guy who screwed it up the first time showed up. His solution to fix the bottom of the tub that looked horrible was to put a non slip coat on there. Which I did not ask for, it feels like laying on sand paper. Wasn't proactive on following up, had some personal things happen and this wasn's a priority.

From my first call (to Barry) to the finish took only about a week. Since the tub had already been removed from the bathroom, I asked that they pick it up and paint it at their shop. They agreed to this, and when they returned, they carried it back into the bathroom (we had to remove the door). The refinished tub looks like new.

Flashback 1990. I had a pink cultured marble bathroom suite. Uggghhh. I have my second home in Cordova and I am ready to sell it, however this eyesore I have ignored had to be tackled. I requested a quote on Angies List and was promptly contacted by the owner, Barry. Note, this was during the holidays. I wasn't even expecting a response until after the New Year. Barry came to my home and was very professional and provided all of the details of how this would only take a day and a half. Just amazing. There are processes where the primer needs to dry, cure, etc before the actual finish is applied. The two man crew started the job on a Friday and they were finished up by lunch on Monday. The crew cleaned up each day and were very polite. Great Experience, Great Service and no more Ugly Pink Bathroom. Save yourself the $$$$$ on replacing and renovate.

Fantastic work. They got to our house very quickly for a quote, and then when we accepted, the work was done within just a few days, much quicker than I anticipated. And the countertops look great!

He came on time and he was very professional. He spent about 4 hours prepping the job before spraying it which told me that he spent a lot of time preparing it to make sure he got it right. We had used another provider before who spent about an hour on the prep work - he sprayed it and it came off. I am very happy with the work done by Tub Pros; in fact, he is coming back tomorrow for some more work. The cost for the work on all 3 tubs was $1500.
