+ -1 moreI have chosen to hire another company for the work. Although they are priced competitively and are very prompt, I didn't like the last two servicemen's work. One also tried to push an additional service that seem totally unnecessary. NOTE: After seeing my review, the owner, Joe, called me. He was very professional and polite. He wanted to discuss my comments, make some explanations, and try to rectify the situation. I thought it was great that he took the time to reach out to me.
Description of Work: They provided routine pest control for me for several years. They always called to remind me and pick a date. The service person was professional and knowledgable. At my last two appointments, the serviceman seemed rather inexperienced. Now they have stopped calling me to set up appointments.

+ -1 moreThey have done a really nice job here. I saw some mice in my yard and a rat one night that terrified me. I had them put boxes outside to kill mice and rats and have seen no evidence at all of any more. I had some bees that get into the siding of my houses, some old lumber, and they said that the bees get into little holes. They treated those and told me what I needed to do to be sure that they didn't come back. They are responsive and always right out here taking care of it.
Description of Work: They come for quarterly inspection and put some stuff outside.
