My AC died in the early morning hours during a particularly hot weather spell. I called Scott before his operating hours, just to leave a message, and he answered the phone. He stated that he could take care of my problem that day; but, didn't know when and would have to check his schedule when he went to the shop at his regular time. He called back shortly after his opening hours and was at my house 2 hours later. He promptly repaired, cleaned, and added some coolant rather quickly. His pricing was fair and he is a very pleasant person. Highly recommended!

Scott Wallace CALLED me right away and came out on a Sunday. He fixed my problem and was very competent and patient with my furnace problem. He gave me a very fair price.
