New central heat and air installed in home (2300 sq. ft.) that did not previously have an HVAC system. |

They came out promptly after we smelled gas in the house. They turned off the gas to the unit. They provide a quote for a new system, they returned the following day and removed the old system and installed a new one. The removed everything from the old system, and left the area clean. The unit has worked flawlessly.

I was needing a whole new heat and air unit installed. After requesting an estimate, woman said she would have someone call back. No one ever called back. I called back in a week and same woman answered. I told her that I had requested an estimate a week before and no one ever called back. Same woman stated that she had no record of my call and that someone must have made a mistake. Recognizing woman's voice I told her that I had talked to her last week. Woman became huffy and said I must be mistaken. I told her that I wasn't mistaken and she hung up on me. I called back and Mr. Flippo answered phone and I told him what had happened and that the woman wasn't doing him any good. He told me that I didn't need to tell him how to run his business! I was astounded! There people were actually running off business. I found out later that it was the owner's wife who had tried to blame her mistake on someone else, then got huffy and hung up on me. Since then I have found out from an ex-employee that Flippo does have problems with his office staff.

The pulled up at 7am and worked until they were done. By the time I got home that afternoon, they were gone and our home was nice and cool. I love our new central heat and air system.

The man who came out and serviced the unit was very polite and he was very thorough. He was willing to tell us if we could get something cheaper somewhere else which I really appreciated. He did great. Their price was reasonable. We called them that morning and they came right that afternoon.

I called a week before and ask for an estimate, they did not return my call. BUT, when I called back they immediately gave me an estimate over the phone (they had originally installed the unit)came out the next morning and repaired as requested.
