ALARM WORKS OF ARKANSAS INC

The installation, many years ago, went fine. Installer Lawrence did a good job. The problem is Alarm Works of AR as a company seems to have gone AWOL. They employ an answering service but they never return calls or email. This is not an isolated incident. We've been their customer for many years and while they used to be responsive, that is no longer the case. I had to ask the answering service if they were still in business. The last several times I've tried contacting them it has taken many attempts and many days before I get a response. There have been times I waited so long for a response I forgot why I called in the first place. I would never recommend them to anyone who expects professionalism and responsiveness from a business, especially one in the security industry! Stay clear my friends.

We are real happy with the system they installed. It makes us feel extra safe and secure. We trust the systems reliability as we have scheduled system checks regularly. This provides us with additional reassurances. I couldn't remember what they charged us monthly for their services.
