+ -1 moreHe charged me around 200.00, then he wanted to come back and charge me 300+ and still told me he could not guarantee it would get fixed. He drove up in a van from the 80's that was broken down and wore out with a cracked windshield, that said some kind of pig barbecue on the side. He would not stop when I told him to, and he was three hours late getting to my house. Do not use this company at all, you will regret it!!!!!!
Description of Work: My outside home air conditioner quit, so I called Keenan Winters, what a Mistake!!!!!! I told him what I wanted, and he did not listen to me one little bit, I told him to stop and he kept going, he does not listen, and he charges to much for someone who did not fix or listen to what I wanted.Then He tried to sell me one of his 50 year old units on top of that.

+ -1 moreI called to have my Home air conditioner serviced, it took him three hours to get to my house after he told me he would be at my home, in 35 minutes. When he came he was in the most unprofessional van, it looked like a ghetto van from the 60's and had a broken windshield and a barbecue logo on it. He charged me 85 dollars to come out and estimate my problem, after three hours and made a mess out of my yard, he left tools and wires scattered, he charged me nearly 200.00 and never could fix or find out what my problem was. This company is a total rip off his name is Keenan Winters, and after I told him to stop he just kept going. Do not call him or use him ever!!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: My air conditioner quit working and I used the Fort Smith Names and Numbers Phone Book, and called this company to help, It was early in the day and he said he could fix may air, was I ever wrong!!! He came out and did absolutely nothing, he just tried to look busy, but I was watching, he just did repetition over and over the same thing.
