 + -1 moreWellson Roofing came out and had the old roof off and the new roof on in one day. The gutters came the next day. They even cleaned around the house and I had no worries at all. Amazing work.
Description of Work: Wellson Roofing did more than expected. I was having problems getting the insurance to pay for the hail damage to the roof. They only wanted to pay for the water damage to the inside of the house. Previously I had another roofer come out and meet the insurance agent and was denied coverage for the roof. Wellson came and called back the adjuster and personally met the adjuster on the roof. The insurance not only covered the cost to replace the roof but the gutters too. Wellson did not charge more than what the insurance company paid. The roof and the repair to the water damage inside the house look spectacular. I am amazed that not one penny came out of my pocket. This company went above and beyond what I expected.

 + -1 moreWe started our battle with the insurance company after having hail damage in April of 2011. The insurance company wanted to only pay for the water damage inside the home and replace only one vent on the roof. William met the adjuster the second time he came out and went over the roof with them. We not only received the money to replace the roof but we also received approval to replace the gutters that were battered by the hail. It ook until August to get the approval but Wellson Roofing was there with us the entire time.
Description of Work: William Cantrell is a good ole boy who knows his work well. He fought with the insurance adjuster for us to get them to pay for hail damage to our roof after they only wanted to pay for water damage inside our home from a leaky roof. After the insurance finally paid, he brought a team of workers in and removed the old roof and put the new roof on in one day!! It looks awesome!! William provided service above and beyond what could be expected from a roofer. The clean up was completely perfect. I was sure I would be finding parts of the roof around our home for days like my neighbors had but, NOTHING!! It was absolutely clean. If there were room on his sign I still keep in my front yard, I would write "An Awesome Job Performed By: Wellson Roofing". I would recommend this roofer to anyone. He also hired a sub-contractor to replace our gutters...The house looks better than ever. His wife Robin who handles the paperwork explains everything in great detail and is very prompt on turning in the required documents so the insurance company has no questions. In addition, I had chosen a hunter color for my roof so my house would be different from my neighbors (since I live in a neighborhood where ALL the houses look the same) and William had all the vent covers and pipe color changed so they would be different too. Just that above and beyond work that makes this company special.
