These guys really threw me for a loop. They have an A+ rating with bbb.org. When they showed up to look at my home for an estimate for some repair work and painting, they were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. In fact, they made such a good first impression upon me, that I most likely would have hired them even if they weren?t the lowest bid. They left me believing that the quality of their work would be worth paying more. However, a week past and I never got their bid. So I emailed them using the contact us section of their website. Then, a week past and I never got their bid. So I called and was assured that I would get one via email that day. Then a week past and I never got their bid? So I called again and was again assured that I would get one via email that day. Never got it. You know, if my project isn?t a big enough job for you to take on, then that?s fine, but at least just be honest and say so instead of wasting my time.
