 + 0 moreHe came out and did exactly what he said he would do and charged exactly what he said he was going to charge us. He gave his quote as an hourly rate and did a good job. He didn't take a lunch hour and worked straight hours. I thought he would take a couple of days but he finished at the end of the day. He has a helper who comes out with him. I would recommend him to others too. I would use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Steve Home Repair. I had a leak under my floor recently, and he did the rough carpentry work as I have got to have new flooring put in. He just did the repair work to get the old rotted boards and put in new ones.
